"It's a pity you have to grow up..." and then, so many years later, leave us, Joan Fontaine.

gpm म्हणाले...: Astaire is TCM's star of the month. His dance with Joan, from Damsel in Distress, is featured in the clip that is being shown constantly. Not a great movie, but one of the few featuring George Burns and Gracie Allen. And a nice(!) version of "Nice Work If You Can Get It," first time I ever heard the full version of the song that provided the theme for Cybill Shepherd's eponymic TV show (though I now have an Ella Fitzgerald version as well).; १६/१२/१३, ९:५६ PM
