Koko knows how Wisconsin can move up in the rankings

That's OK, we've been number one so many times, it's time to cede the title to others.

Time magazine would not rate UVA so as not to endanger amatuer status of other schools

As someone having spent a ton of money on my kids' educations (17 years worth) this ranking would make me steer my kids elsewhere. Many kids can not find the self discipline to party and study, the latter the reason they are there. If either of my kids would have attended the wrong undergraduate school, they wouldn't be the M.D. and J.D. C.P.A. they are. It is especially disheartening that these are all state schools, subsidized by taxpayers and very difficult to be admitted to due to the enormous number of applications, while the attendees party away.

UW/Madison? Really? Damn, I'd think about half a dozen UC campuses could top that.

Shocking that Playboy is still in business.
Even more shocking is that Ann takes it seriously. Yes, it's a party ranking, but Playboy.
You can't take that magazine for seriousness on anything.
That magazine's mindset is for ever 1973.

West Virginia has a bad rep, but it is a truly beautiful state. You have to drive thru it to believe it.

If you exclude incest, I'm sure UW is still #1.

UVa lost any claim to real partying when Easters was banned in 1982

If one happened to be a student at The University in the mid-70's one might (or might not, depending on the quantity of grain alcohol imbibed) have a memory of what the "Best Party in America" was, and what a REAL party is.
