In a flooded street, apparently in Russia:

Who is dumber--the dog walker or the person driving their car through deep water?

The dog walker appears to be in a wheelchair. I hope the water doesn't go any higher.

He probably thought he could drive through the water like the car driver did...and he certainly couldn't hop up the wall like the other passersby.

So...is this make fun of the disabled day? What other treats do you have in store for us?

Is this you or Meade someday, old and disabled, walking a borrowed dog in the streets of Madison and caught in a flash flood?

Looked more like a bike to me, but your eyes may be better.

Interesting he was waving the car on.

He's more of a pusher, the Pusher Dog.

The Pusher

You know I've smoked a lot of grass
O' Lord, I've popped a lot of pills
But I never touched nothin'
That my spirit could kill
You know, I've seen a lot of people walkin' 'round
With tombstones in their eyes
But the pusher don't care
Ah, if you live or if you die

God damn, The Pusher
God damn, I say The Pusher
I said God damn, God damn The Pusher... dog

What dog walker?

What post title?

Chip S. म्हणाले...

"What, dog Walker?"

"What dog, Walker?"

where's Yakoff Smirnov when you need him?

"In Russia, dog walks you!"

Ann Althouse म्हणाले...

The post title refers to the fact that the dog is walking. The owner of the dog is not walking the dog. He's not even walking.

If the dog is walking, then you're taking the dog for a walk. If you're on rollerblades and the dog is walking, you're not taking the dog rollerblading.

Or do you say that in order to take a baby for a stroll you have to be in a stroller?
