... enough obsessing about politics for now. Take a moment to breathe. Breathe the blueness.
Darkened red looks brown and whitened red turns pink, Dufy said, while yellow blackens with shading and fades away in the light. But blue can be brightened or dimmed, the artist said, and “it will always stay blue.”

Red is grey and yellow white.
But we decide which is right.
And which is an illusion?
I see a huge hungry Largemouth in there.
Or maybe a muskie.
When I was a kid, I would fantasize every summer about catching a muskie. I need to get back to that quest, yet unfulfilled. The holy grail of freshwater.
It's a great time to be a San Francisco sports team fan.
Giants in the World Series, Niners contending for a sixth Lombardi trophy.
Finding black and blue marks everywhere in the morning indicates that the adrenalin was so strong last night that you never felt the blows but kept your focus on victory.
What a wonderful day to be alive.
Go Giants.
Proof of a blue Diamond.
Max: Yes, your blueness!
Chief Meanie: WHAAAT? We Meanies only take NO for an answer! Is that understood?
Max: No, your blueness!
Chief Meanie: That’s better.

LOL my very thoughts as well. All you need is a Hula Popper.
Do they have large mouth bass in Wis? I thought only small mouth.
I'm not a fisherman. I never understood what was happening under there.
But I can see how my aquarium fish behave, they really like plants. They like plants to be like umbrellas and they don't seem to mind all the stringy stuff. The larger fish use the plants to hold them up. Sometimes they like to be just above them, sometimes within them but almost never in the 2/3 water column above that. So the problem for the fisherman as I see it is to get his hook into the junk where it will get tangled. That's the part I remember about not liking. That and the part about casting in the wide open water and nothing hitting.
I just removed 3/4 of the plants and it's freaking the fish out. They don't know what to do with themselves. It's like whoa whoa I'm on a whole new planet to them. Hey, who are you? They have very short memories. Actually, that's not true because these angelfish have habits and they react with me in ways that show memory. They're a little bit freaky.
Congrats on the Giants, Tim.
I love the way this Air shoves a message through. The progress indicator in the address bar is like a forceful ineluctable plunger. Almost vulgar. Very sternly YOUAREHAVINGTHISADDRESS bang. Like this one. Watch. There it goes again.
"All you need is a Hula Popper."
I can confirm, I have fished the hidden ponds and lakes of Western PA and NY and nothing gets the attention of a hungry bass (redundancy) like a hula popper. I had a black one that last years and claimed many a bucket mouth.
Many times all I needed to do was land the bait close...and a water-breaking hit would result.
Heck, I was retrieving golf balls from a pond last year and a bass hit my (yellow) ball retriever! One hungry fish.
If that tree had fallen in the Center of America®, a young man would have pleased his girl by crawling out as far as he could to carve their initials inside a heart with an arrow through it.
The abiliity to cling was very much admired, back in the day.
I saw a woman pundit on Fox News Channel comment on the national debt thus: "I've always said if a woman were in charge, we wouldn't have these problems."
The pundit was Leslie Marshall (sp?).
This is misandry. Imagine if a pundit on CNN said "if a man were in charge".
A hundred years from now, we'll all be dust and the people living then will wonder what all the fuss was about, because their problems will seem so much greater and more intractable.
It was ever thus.
Needs a cypress, with a swinging rope attached to an overhanging limb.
And kids seeing who can swing out the farthest before letting go.
Sorry for scaring away the fish.
I finally got to pilot the "Mark Twain" riverboat yesterday at Disneyland. Did you know that there's a little captain's cabin on board where Walt used to take naps?
...the people living then will wonder what all the fuss was about...
Scary to think they might see the first two decades of this century as the Good Ol' Days.
Put another way, the Good Ol' Days are so-called because their problems (e.g., polio, Tojo, Jim Crow) are dead and buried.
Fritz: "Or maybe a muskie."
The last time a "muskie" ws cornered, baited and hooked was in 1972.
"ws" should be "was"
The 2016 election campaign is starting.
Bill and Hillary's network (CNN) will have to start to feed us the inside scandals from Ruler Obama's reign to clear the way for Hillary.
Otherwise Obama could be renominated by the deluded Progressives.

Yes, we have LM bass. I caught a 22-1/2" LM fishing for walleyes on opening day a few years back on a jog and a leech. While not large by southern standards (they grow slow because of the colder water) it is for northern WI.

Slate has an article up asking which Harry Potter character Obama is (Mitt is apparently Delores Umbridge).
The answer is Gilderoy Lockhart.

Is blue more persistent than red or is red imbued with more diversity of language, so that we distinguish between hues of redness with more precision?
When I was kayaking regularly on a nearby lake (7 miles around made for amazing exercise a few times a week), there was a corner that the large mouth bass liked to hang out. The water was shallow so when I went through that area they would get nudged and nudge quite strongly in return. I never was entirely afraid of getting turned over, but I sure had to practice my balance whenever I went through that part.
"Slate has an article up asking which Harry Potter character Obama is (Mitt is apparently Delores Umbridge)"
Mitt is clearly Professor McGonagall. Rigid and professional, very good at a specific area, able and willing to take charge when needed. Also she changes into a cat at times.
The blues.
The phrase comes from the Comstock Lode, when many 49ers crossed the Sierras in the late 1850s in the hope they'd find gold on the eastern side.
When their sluice boxes were often found to be clogged with blue mud (silver-bearing, it eventually turned out), the would-be 59ers would say they had "the blues".

Marshall is smarter than most of the token Lefties on Fox and no man-hater, either.
Quite a looker, too.

Nice fish. The best LM Bass that I have ever caught was over 10 1/2 pounds. I don't remember how long it measured it was quite some time ago. It was in a little lake in Northern Ca. Concow [Drill Sgt will know where that is]. It put up quite a struggle.
I also once caught a 28 pound striped bass in the upper Sacramento River. Bank fishing using ghost shrimp as bait. I DID need some help on that one since he had me running up and down the bank and sand bar.
Good times. Good eating too!!
I read somewhere that blue and green are considered to be variations of the same color in Asian color language. I think it was in a link from Althouse.
Printers will say yellow is the most essential color, because it's used to brighten, clarify and differentiate so many colors in printing.

Nice poetry. I like the first one best.
Oh,
The Harry Potter question...of the older characters Mitt is most like McGonagall, but there is a lot of Dumbledore in there as well. I agree Obama is most like Umbridge, but there is a lot of Lockhart as well, he's convinced himself that he's everything he says he is.
what Sylvia answered I'm shocked that anybody can make $6088 in 4 weeks on the computer. did you see this site link http://Run19.com
