"It's not only rather obvious partisanship of a judicial nature, it is rather obvious emasculation."

That's one of the things Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser said about Chief Justice Shirley Abramhamson's behavior, according to records of the Judicial Commission that became available today.

Prosser was wrong; calling Shirley Abrahamson a "bitch" WAS appropriate.

It is perhaps the one most appropriate thing that has been said or done in the entirety of this mess of almost indescribable silliness.

Prosser doesn't offer much of a defense for himself.

The 3-3 vote on the request for reconsideration is strange.

The minutes are bare bones and conclusory, telling nothing of what the issues discussed were. Are there transcripts? Did commissioners keep notes? Did they communicate other than verbally in the meetings? Etc? Etc?

Gene;

Did you read Prosser's September 23, 2011 Submission? 31 pages; 18 exhibits. Diagrams; office blueprints; comparative measurements as to where people were, when, during an argument, two state supreme court justices came into fleeting physical contact with each other. In full view of a majority of the other justices.

If no one accepts anything else about the story, it seems clear enough to me that Prosser didn't enter Bradley's private office from the relatively public space of the rest of her chambers.

How is this anything other than a collossal embarassment for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley, Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson and their friends in the left-leaning medi who sought to make an important news story out of all of this silliness?

The reason that I suggested that Prosser's calling Abrahamson a "bitch" is because calling a woman professional a bitch is unpleasant and nasty but also unserious and mostly devoid of meaning.

And isn't that a perfect description of this entire affiar? Unpleasant, nasty, unserious and mostly devoid of meaning?

One problem is that women tend to be more verbal than men and liberals tend to be more verbal than conservatives.

I take it Prosser isn't detaching his privates for her.

"If you try to destroy me, I'll destroy you," is entirely different from "I'll destroy you."

Prosser did a good job communicating his case. I am impressed.

Who was it edited that one?

The same one who did the Zimmerman 911 call.

Anyone who'd make a complaint like that has definitely been emasculated by someone.

I nominate Judge Prosser!

Can someone forward that Bradley video to the genius who gave us "Don't Go [to Mifflin]"?
