Depends on your definition of "choked", doesn't it? Granted, AA is based out of WI and so we get front-row-center for this ruckus, but I pause to wonder if crap like this (perhaps sans thumbs on throat) happens in other state supreme courts.

Awesome. That keeps are 170 year string of "no choking" intact.
