But the Daily Caller seems to have rigged it to switch the Kausfiles URL — http://dailycaller.com/kausfiles/ — so that it takes you to the front page of the Daily Caller and not to the Kausfiles page! At least that's what happens when I put it in my blogroll. (Check the link in my blogroll.) This is abuse of Kaus, which I think is a tort.
ADDED: Clicking the link above will get you to the right place, but I can't get that to work in my blogroll.

I have experienced abuse of Kraus, but not abuse of Kaus.
Could be actionable.
If you register for comments, you get junk email that you can't turn off.
The whole site ought to get spam blocked.
Kausfiles doesn't seem the same since the move to DC.
I've always wondered why you don't have a link to Powerline.
Of course, the lack of one makes it more amusing when the drive-by trolls insist you're a conservative.
Jeralyn at TalkLeft doesn't believe in free speech. Dump her and replace with Powerline or Belmont Club.
Looks like it's fixed? I clicked on the link and it took me directly to Kausfiles.
Some court must have issued an order to show Kaus.
Try Mickey's original, personal link, which redirects directly.

@EDH I replaced my blogroll link with that and it malfunctioned in the same way!
Check it.
@Brian Did you click on the link in the blogroll or in this post? It doesn't work when I put it in the blogroll.
I replaced my blogroll link with [http://www.kausfiles.com] and it malfunctioned in the same way!
When I mouse-over Kausfiles in your blogroll, it shows the url as http://dailycaller.com/. Are you sure you edited the blogroll link to be http://www.kausfiles.com?
If it's the blogroll causing the problem, then it seems to be a Blogger issue.
If we can put a man on the moon why can't we...
It's a problem with blogger rather than the DC. Your blogroll points to dailycaller.com
Phil @ 9:05am FTW!!!
wv: listu. I can't listu on my blogroll because Blogger is messing it up somehow...
My link to him works. But I wish they'd get rid of that huge banner & pic of his face. They're as bad as Newsweek, and don't get that's it's not a friggin magazine. don't need big fonts and pull quotes, sheesh.
Once again I would like to thank the blogger lady for adding me to her much shorter blog role. It was a wonderful gesture and much appreciated.
I tried a new feature of Blogger which was to list your ten most popular blog posts. Can you believe it....they were all cameltoe photos!
I guess I don't have the same readers as the New York Times.
When he was at Slate, I couldn't get to Kausfiles using their "blogs" button unless I changed the browser text size to dinky. Microsoft built it so the drop window was too far from the button.
Maybe Kaus just plays hard to get.
kausfiles.com always works for me, wherever the man is.
I clicked EDH link, and it took me straight to Kaus file. It worked just fine for me. I'm not saying that human error is involved in anyway, but I'd hold off in filing any lawsuits related to the tort.
Doll, the blogger blogroll widget works off the Google Reader platform and so follows the linked page (kausfiles.com) and each redirect until it finds the current location of the blog you're linking to--in this case, the Daily Caller.
Probably until the Daily Caller gets its blogs to play nice with Google Reader, it will redirect to the front page. Your only option is to go back to the classic template that lets you manually edit links, instead of opting for the widget that does the work for you.
Google has some deep pockets. You go girl!
