"It's a hamburger wedged between two grilled cheese sandwiches."
1 of the 10 worst fast food products of 2010. And it's not the only grilled cheese-based one. There's also a grilled cheese sandwich with 4 fried mozzarella sticks inside.

There's also Bob Evans' stacked and stuffed (with vanilla cream cheese) hotcakes, but that isn't fast food.
I dunno how you can have a 10 worst fast food list without something from Hardee's. Doesn't seem right.
Bag o' White Castle Sliders.
Because let's face it, you may tell the counter person you're taking home to your family, but really, they're gone before you hit the driveway.
What do you mean by "worst"?
This is America! Without that stuff we're Canada.
Not so Crack - at least we don't have poutines
This entire list looks delicious to people on a no salt diet, damn it.
Ladies, and Gentlemen, I proudly present PJ's (of Columbus, Ohio) menu
Be sure to check out the Special Fat Sandwiches.
The worst part of that hamburger wedged between two grilled cheese sandwiches is the two extra slices of bread that it has. Get rid of those inner slices, stick to the good stuff of cheese and cow flesh, and you got yourself a good sandwich.
The KFC Double-Down is the shit. I love 'em. Not at all surprised to see it made the list.
I hear Sue Bob White likes Mozarella Cheese Sticks:

At least it isn't the reprehensible garbage that comes from the leftard vagina known as Whole Foods. Give me this stuff any day. I want to live my way and to call this food the worst is only indicative of the small minded fool who claims it is.
It's amazing how many commenters at Huffpo feel the government should do something to prevent these choices from being available, or at least the companies should not choose to produce such "dangerous" food. There really is two Americas. It's like the idea that people might have a right to eat what they choose is too much freedom. They talk about this stuff like it's poison. Some people just need a big greasy fist in the face and some untwisting of their panties. The worst food is stuff you really don't crave and feel unsatisfied after eating it. That fits a lot of what's considered "health food" today. I wouldn't choose most of those things, but if you look at it and say mmmmm, that looks good, then just eat it and smile. That's a good meal.

And they are unaware that science has shown definitively that eating meat and high-fat cheese is perfectly healthy and that it is their artificial soy products and vegetable oils that cause health problems.
" They talk about this stuff like it's poison"
..and so what if it is? we should have the right to eat poison and kill ourselves if we want, right? right?
It is my darn body, and suicide should be legal..as long as I do it in a way that is not messy, and no one has to clean my blood and guts from under a 700 foot high bridge.
"It is my darn body ..."
No it isn't.
Not when I'm paying for your health care it isn't.
Now ... since I'm paying for your health care ... I have an interest in what you eat and how you eat it and how much of it you eat and who you buy it from.
And so I don't want you eating at Friendly's because Friendly's was against ObamaCare and wrote an email to its employees telling them their health insurance premiums were going up because of Democrats and that cost Nancy Pelosi her job.
So you can't eat at Friendly's any more.
Because its bad for you. And I just want to protect you from them.
Do you understand how this game works now?
"I'll give you my hamburger wedged between two grilled cheese sandwiches when you take it from my cold, dead, greasy hands!"

And yet, the same group of people are all about legalizing pot, and banning cigs.

My favorite: The Heart Attack Grill in AZ. They make no apologies.

if only they made tofu and other vegan fast food. then that list would competely different. the double-down is the shit.
I really hate calling food unhealthy. it's not. it will keep you alive. If you are willing to submit to an experiment, I will prove it to you non-believers. who wants to be in the control group?
So "worst" means "least liked by insipid health-nannies and scolds at HuffPo"?
("Fast food isn't good for us -- that we know". Really, HuffPo truism generator?
It must be the fact of it being "fast" that makes it "not good for us", I suppose, since there are plenty of things at every god-damn fast food place that would be "good for you" in any other context.
Do these people ever use the slightest bit of critical thinking on their own assumptions? Hell, given that it's Huffington, do they use it on anything, ever?)
