अनामित म्हणाले...: The excerpt starts, bizarrely, with Kaus talking nonsense and Wright correcting him, but things quickly get back to normal. I don't doubt that a lot of pundits will continue trying to stoke a debate about income inequality, but it's simply not a subject most Americans care all that much about.

Having spent nine years crying TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH!!! TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH!!!, I've got to think that the Democrats found it at least a little awkward to say "We only want to extend the middle-class portion of the TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH!!!"-- and were content to let the matter drop.; ३१/१२/१०, १०:५४ AM

I'm Full of Soup म्हणाले...: How well informed is Wright if he did not know of Politifact? Also, his argument on behalf of Obama was really "just because the rich don't deserve their tax cut..wah wah wah" yet Wright seems to believe his argument is positively brilliant.

I'd start cutting spending by geting rid of all those govt aides who sit behind their bosses when they testify before Congress or stand behind a mayor / governor when he holds a press conference.
