Computerized projections on the 600-year-old Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square in Prague

Video mapping incorporates the structure of the tower itself into the images (which evoke the history of the years of the clock's existence). It's nearly 10 minutes long — and worth it.

I saw this video the other day on the [H] and it was very cool. The CGI was pretty darn neat as an overlay.

I give up. someone will need to explain this symbol filled display to me. Is it astronomical or astrological or a mixture of the two from 600 years ago?

I was just there in July! It is absolutely awesome and I hope every one gets a chance to go to Prague some day. I also want to point out that my avatar picture was taken in the town square in front of this very clock!

CGI, but projected, right? The audience is seeing it, too. It's not overlaid post-filming, right?

That is totally one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. I only wish I had been there to have seen it in person. That would've been awesome!

Yes. the CGI is projected onto the building.
