I am oddly touched by this post, as it reminds me of conversations I had with my mother while I was young. She was artistically inclined - that's where I got my love of drawing.
She took figure drawing classes at night, and would come home and bitch if the model was, what she called, "a perfect little twinkie", meaning, a pert young girl with perfect proportions that was no fun to draw.
But the drawing sessions that featured wrinkly old men, or very large women inspired her - and she would go on and on about how much fun it was to draw the wrinkles, craggy valleys, and huge mounds of the more interesting models.

Jack Germond?
Very good, whoever it was. It doesn't need to be anybody. It's good on it's own.
Damn it, you're really starting to impress me here.
Looks like another indicted Congressman. Maybe union guy.
(For some reason, that puss rings a bell. Maybe just the type.)
I woulda said Fidel Castro.
Before I even knew you couldn't remember, scrolling down, I thought it was Walter Cronkite. Fits the blowhard persona to a 't'.

Jeeez why did you draw Frank Cannon?
You seem like more of a Barnaby Jones kind of gal.

OK but just don't ever get fascinated by moated blogs of bugly lowhards or I'm outta here.
Where's the McLaughlin Group? Talk about your bloated blowhards. Clift was the quiet, pretty one.
It does look like Jack Germond.
Helen Thomas?
Clift was the quiet, pretty one.
Shudder. Please, Clift is shrill, a shill and a shrew.
