Is there some white gooey goodness under the cheese? Those mushrooms look absolutely gorgeous. Mmmm... I can just imagine it to be delectable.

You know what goes well with pizza, don't you?

MAR-I-JUAN-A!

Smoke 'em if you got 'em! Classes start soon and we can't all be high then!

Sounds like fun. I spent some of the day trying to figure out what potato-like things were doing scattered all over the woods.

Ahem.

That is not a pizza.

A) No tomato sauce
B) No pepperoni
C) No bacon.

That thing desires to be a pizza, but it tries too hard and ultimately fails.

Looks like a fun day

Oh, come on! You're trying to tell us you two just dived joyously into a snowbank after leaving a place where people are comfy running around in tank tops and shorts?

Depends on the snowbank, I guess.

Don't let Trooper see that thing you called a pizza.

Focaccia with some black stuff/mushrooms and a white cheese maybe Brie.

Very yummy.....but not pizza. Just sayin'

You can put almost anything on a pizza. Try feta cheese sometime, maybe with ham, olives, and onions; it's amazing.

Purists will disagree.

However, my favorite pizza is with smoked clams and roasted garlic. So I guess I break the purist rules too.

Glenway and Pizza Bruta?

Snow ( and some rain ) in Mass on Tuesday. Expect low turnout. I'd sure hate to be the candidate on the low end of the enthusiasm gap.

MadisonMan म्हणाले...

And I'll say that if it is Pizza Bruta, it most definitely is pizza. Divine pizza, lack of tomato and meat notwithstanding.

It's Porta Alba, and the white stuff is mascarpone.

Note the anchovies on the Meade side.

Love the superb quality of your pics, can you tell me what camera you use and what 'system' you use for posting? The best I've seen on a blog.

Only goes to show us all...

* If there is a snow covered road, someone will make their way to the other end, first.

* Yet to see any "spikey ice" bring down one of my evergreens, but can only speak personally.

* Most importantly, not a single one of us are starving!

In fact, we DARE to be "fussy" about our pizza pie, for cripes sake!

I love it!

Here's wishing all the Althousians the toppings you prefer.

True.

/shame Think how lucky we are to even be considered 'poor' in this country. I doubt the people in Haiti would be quibbling about the nature of pizza pie at this moment.

MM - I was thinking it's Odana (seems too flat for Glenway).

Apologies to Fountains of Wayne.

Hey Marth Coakley
Don't take it so bad
You can prosecute some innocent family soon
Though the interstate is choking under salt and dirty sand
And it seems the sun is hiding from the moon

Your Obama told you
That you were his girl
The kind of things that come to those who wait
So give it a rest girl
Take a deep breath girl
And watch your rejection by Bay State tonight

And the snow is coming down
On our New England town
And it's been falling all day long
What else is new
What could I do
I wrote a Scott Brown song
To play for you

And late January
Can drag a liberal down
You feel it deep in your gut
Short days and afternoons spent pottering around
In a dark house with the windows painted shut

Remember Kennedy
You are running for his seat
You forgot it belongs to the people first
From Western Massachusetts to the Cape
Whiting out our streets along the way

And the snow is coming down
On our New England town
And it's been falling all day long
What else is new
What can I do
But sing this Scott Brown song
I wrote for you
