"If you took all of the dollars in the national debt, and laid them end-to-end, it still would not reach that far. However, that is a problem that my administration is committed to solving."

Well President Shortpants is giving NASA the go ahead with bombing the moon. The official story is that its to study possible water formations but unofficial reports say Obama is convinced Osama bin Laden is hiding in a cave near the Sea of Tranquility.
