Reputable shiba inu breeders are really worried about this sudden fad breeding of toy-sized shibas. Having a skull too small for your brain or inbreeding a fairly genetically robust breed until it isn't anymore... it's not a good thing to do, as quickly and recklessly as this.
But with "mameshibas" showing up on Japanese TV shows and Althouse....
