The restaurant was Downtown Grill & Brewery, which was very cool. And the owner was a reader of my blog ... who insisted on giving me a growler of the brew of my choice. I chose stout, and we subsequently guzzled it all in Asheville, North Carolina. And by "we," I don't mean just 2 of us. A growler is a lot.; २४/७/०९, १:५४ PM

That's one advantage of non-anonymous blogging I hadn't considered, free beer.

Had I known that was a possibility, maybe I would have blogged under my own name and posted some self portraits so folks could recognize me when I happened upon their establishments.
