Yesterday, as we saw, the birds ruled. Today -- courtesy of bearbee in the comments -- it's a different story:
I'm picturing Jimmy Carter watching that and cowering in flashback fear.

I can't tell if that's a full-grown crow, or a fledgling that is dying. Either way, don't mess with the bunny!
The name, "Jimmy Carter," alone causes me to cower in flashback fear.
Thanks a lot, Ann.
Over the course of two days you've indelibly destroyed the sentimental tableau of bunnies that I had courtesy of Monkmus' I Will Follow You Into the Dark video.
That is a wild "Jack" Rabbit, not a domestic "Bunny" Rabbit
I'm picturing Jimmy Carter watching that and cowering in flashback fear.
Jimmy Carter - bunny attack - young black crow.
Hmm, if Mort were awake he'd call that racist.
But yeah, I agree with you. Obama will be a flashback to the failed Carter administration.
Romney or Bible Spice 2012.
I love that music video, EDH.
Right, Drill Sgt, and there's a world of difference between a jackrabbit and a bunny, wild or domestic!
Maybe this makes me seem like a cranky old lady, but I hated that video. I had to stop it halfway through. I felt so bad for the other crows, screaming at the bunny, trying to save their friend. I don't understand the enjoyment people have over watching things get killed, regardless of the circumstances.
That rabbit's dynamite!
Holy Grail's Killer Rabbit
Come back here, you fools! Dogs aren't dangerous! Come back and fight!
I can only watch about 10 seconds of this stuff.
It reminds me too much of the IRS doing their annual colonoscopy of my finances, and how much more rigorous it's about to become.
And me the crow, flapping about and screeching to no one.
I meant to say BUNNIESSSSSSS!!!
Ditto what MM said, that is a fledgling, and mom and pop are trying to protect it against the jack rabbit. That is one bad jack.
If someone else has a bunch of old records that they make available for download....and then I burn it to CD for my own personal use...
...anyone have a problem with that?
I don't have a problem with it, "Bunny" Weiss. No problem at all.
I'd like to see Glenn Close try something with this bunny.
Baby (wild) rabbits don't bite. You can just pick them up.
Dogs and lawnmowers are constantly turning them up.
They're ungrateful for being raised, however. Escape is always their first plan, the same as humans starting around age one and a half.
Vicki Hearne a technical question for my daughter.
The difference with dogs is that they grow closer rather than more distant.
And the violence continues...

Nature, it's not the circle of life, it's the circle of death.
Fiver: There's something very queer about the warren this evening...
Hazel: Is it dangerous?
Fiver: It's not exactly danger, it's... oh, I don't know. Something oppressive... like thunder.
Fiver: I feel it too. I think there will be lighting and thunder soon.
Hazel: I think it’s Bigwig. Ever since the crows have moved into the neighborhood he has been drinking with his friends and talking about rabbit power. How we can’t let the crows take over. And now it’s come to violence.
Fiver: What do you mean?
Hazel: I am afraid he beat a crow to death. He just kicked him and kicked him until he died. They even taped it for You Tube.
Fiver: My God, do they who the crow is?
Hazel: I think his name is Mort.

Speaking of revenge ;)

Are those even crows? Seem a little small, and not quite black enough. (And not "kawk"-y enough either...)
Could they be grackles? (It only matters because the idea that a single hare/rabbit could come out ahead in a battle with a murder of crows seems almost offensive... unless the crows were high or something.)
Liberal crows, I'd say. Spineless things.
Never send a crow (or a grackle) to do a chicken's job.
I read in the paper that rabbits name was Bernard Goetz.
I agree with Kristina here.
Wow. Talk about desensitised to violence. Nice one Ann.
Did you bother to help the dying bird afterward? Or just left him there after enjoying the show?
But then, I guess it's important we don't interfere in nature, right... As if there is any way in which we possibly could avoid interfering with it all the time.
"Did you bother to help the dying bird afterward? Or just left him there after enjoying the show?"
It's not my video!
That's like saying, "You know what, I didn't film this snuff video, but I approve of snuff videos in general."
I.e., you still think it's "funny" enough to post on your blog.
Would you enjoy watching cattle being killed at the slaughterhouse? Shall I find you some links? Or is that too mundane for your tastes?
