Maxine Weiss म्हणाले...

But, shouldn't you be on a plane headed back to Wisconson?

MadisonMan म्हणाले...

Partially shaded? Blue? Leaning towards something?

Caroline म्हणाले...

Oppressed? (Something about the looming man-made structures blocking the natural beauty of the blue sky, gives off that vibe to me.)

Trooper York म्हणाले...

You feel like the condo at the end of Main St? In Fulton Landing?

Ouch.

Tibore म्हणाले...

"How I feel today in New York."

Sideways, at an angle?

rcocean म्हणाले...

Boxed in, trapped in a concrete jungle, looking to escape.

George M. Spencer म्हणाले...

See the profile of the face....?

(The sky against the outline of the building at top center right....)

ricpic म्हणाले...

There is hope.
Spring is coming.
How do we sense it's so?
The light. The light that fills the sky
And makes the buildings glow.

Bob म्हणाले...

You lean left, and therefore have the blues?

Peter V. Bella म्हणाले...

While running errands, I was listening to talk radio in the car. The male announcer refers to his female cohort as a WMD. It took a while before he explained the initials.
I thought the title would be appropriate for our host:

Ann Althouse- Weapon of Mass Discussion.

Kirby Olson म्हणाले...

It's definitely an anti-communist viewpoint and is therefore right deviationist, as the Stalinists would say.

KCFleming म्हणाले...

With your hands?

Oh, you City Mouse, you!

[Say it like Kirstie Alley]

P.S. Nice clean snap!

P.P.S. Bissage is a Country Mouse, NTTAWWT!!!

Ron म्हणाले...

Blue Skies, smilin' on me...

like the old song?

Bissage म्हणाले...

You know, that’s a nice crystal blue sky.

And that reminds me that it’s good to know there’s a place where all the city mousies and all the country mousies can come together, get together, and live in peace and harmony and love together, and happiness, together, . . . forever . . ., together.

Better get ready!

Ha!

Bissage म्हणाले...

And as far as I'm concerned, "Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat) Server at www.babybirdproductions.com Port 80" can hug a nut!

Ann Althouse म्हणाले...

Bissage, thanks for the link to that song, which -- you may remember -- is a big subject in the podcast called "Audible Althouse #64."

Bissage म्हणाले...

I don’t remember specifically, but . . .

[Althouse blog] is in my ears and in my eyes.
There beneath the blue suburban skies
I sit, and meanwhile back.

Back in seventh grade we had to write an essay about music so I chose to write an essay about this record album.

So far as I was concerned, every song was about the evils of mindless social conformity and the virtues of recreational drugs.

I got a “C.”

It’s been nothing but downhill, ever since.

Ha!

P.S. You don’t want to know what I wrote about “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds!”

P.P.S. Okay, I confess. I wrote nothing worth noting. All I wrote was that it was about the evils of mindless social conformity and the virtues of recreational drugs. Ha!
