The AutoAdmit lawsuit seems to be going nowhere.
Remember the AutoAdmit lawsuit? Click on the tag below to see some of my old posts. Yale law students sued in federal court about injury to their reputation because of... oh, I'm not going to explain it again. The point is that the case was filed 4 months ago and they still haven't served the defendants. Dave Hoffman has the story.

I just glanced through the post and there are a lot of complex theories being bandied about for the lack of service. E.g., that litigation is expensive (though service is very affordable).
We all know the truth: nobody at Yale ever learned how to actually serve anyone, and reading the state code seems so demeaning and non-theoretical.
I just hope they don't serve them the bad tomatoes.
Dave raises a point that I find quite appealing: if nothing else, the pseudonomymous posters who wrote the garbage that prompted the lawsuit are being forced to spend much time sweating over whether they were as anonymous as they'd hoped - or whether their names will ultimately be connected to their remarks as they should be.
Dante: It's cool that I brought some friends from the Crazy Beaver?
[as a parade of bikers and such file into his grandma's house]
Alex: I wish you would have gone a little less on the crazy and little more on the beaver.
Dante: Relax bro, they're people just like you and me. Now hit this joint and have some fun.

TV, you've been asked to leave before - so leave.
Does this crazy person really believe that anyone would or even could read this absurd juxta-posts? How could anyone make sense of that stuff?
