I flew through it. Some books - this one and The Right Nation by Micklethwait & Wooldridge are the two that jump immediately to mind - that I went through them very quickly, and I'm not a fast reader by any means (I seem to remember a discussion here a couple of years ago about reading and running through each word in one's head). Apparently Jeff Toobin from the New Yorker is writing a similarly-themed book, too, that should be fun.
Maybe the flights back and forth will feature posts of the "Men! Hrumph!" or "Sigh...Men." type! I leave it to the Ann Althouse Augerists to provide the interpretive palaver...

Hey, you're reading JCG's book. :)
I read it off and on from time to time....

Even though it's still light out, I'd like to think you've got sexy liaison planned out for your evening, and here you are waiting for it...
adds mystery to the blog!
Ron - well the eye doctor theory has to be tested, I suppose. ;)

Why else would she be planning on returning to Madison every month for the academic year she's in Brooklyn?
Absence does not make the heart grow fonder...and our Blogstress knows that.

Isn't a good book the original laptop?
Because the picture is leaning to the left, I recommend a cup of good old "Joe" to straighten you out.
JP - if you're leaning to the left, I reccomend a five minute conversation with Newt Gingrich to straighten you out. ;)
(Or a nice evening in with a glass of wine and a collection of Burke and Oakeshott essays.)
