It's a new podcast. I talk about driving and art, and drinking and eating.
You can stream it on your computer -- no iPod needed -- right here. But the best way to keep up with the retrospective view of the week's bloggage is to subscribe on iTunes:

Ann, what camera/lens do you use?
NAAFA.ORG
(any jokes regarding the hotel buffet, or pool area, or gym at the hotel that's hosting their convention this week are all in very, very bad taste)
(in other words, I'm expecting lots of jokes to follow in this comment thread)
Another beautiful picture, Ann. Audi should license your photos -- they make the car look irresistible.
Careful, Will. It's not impossible that those photos she posts are nothing other than... imaginative illustrations.
I'll bet she photoshopped the bugs off of Silvio.
Somebody needs to photoshop a lot of bugs ONTO Silvio.
Fat. It's pronounced Adipose, not Fat.
(Unless of course you're trying to get your chapped ass polyunsaturated commenters all jiggled up and lipidly livid.)
Btw, I think you missed my point when I suggested eating more. Eat more... nutritiously, more times per day, more of what you enjoy and what your body wants. But... and here's the point... move more, burn more calories, strengthen your muscles. You'll lose stored body, ahem, adipose tissue, have more energy, and your body will be more conditioned and fit. Eating less, also known as "dieting," alone, without exercising more, is a guaranteed recipe for failure if your goal is to get in better shape. Don't like to exercise? Don't complain that you don't look or feel good.
