It's Day 8 of this 35 day project. (The set thus far.) I've left the museum, and am walking about, noticing the details:

I wish I would have kept the source, but I saw where somebody was making fun of your sketches. It may have been someone at Jeremy Freese's blog, but don't quote me on this. I'll see if I can track it down.
Goesh: I saw that. It was in reference to the page of notes/doodles made while talking on the radio! Let them gaze upon these scissors and beware!
Alas! Justice will not lop a penis that do'th offend
woe to victims when the Law n'er to bend
leave'th them with souls to mend
and verily vile villains are coddled while penned
O! That to such organs a cleaver could'st attend
with splattering blood solace to lend

Maybe someone else has mentioned this in the comments on a previous post in this series, but the drawings sort of remind me of those made by Kurt Vonnegut for 'Breakfast of Champions,' the wonderful novel he wrote as a fiftieth birthday to himself. For months after reading it all those years ago, I kept mimicking him, writing embarrassingly introverted pieces accompanied by black-felt drawings. I liked his drawings and I like yours.
I think it's cool that you've kept your notebooks from Amsterdam.
Public Castration is a a Good Idea was one of my favorite albums in college. It's described in that link as a 1999 release, but the original bootleg vinyl came out in the early-mid 1980s. Probably unrelated, but your art brought back some good memories. Of other art.
