Actually, I think it does. I defer to a retired Con Law professor with a strong First Amendment interest, if one is hanging around. (Duh!) However I do not see how Trump’s order impacts their respective First Amendment rights to publish the news as they view it. Access to White House briefings is a privilege, not a right, and privileges can be withdrawn.

I didn't see the part in the Constitution that conferred on the presidency the role of arbiter of truth. For a man who lies as much as Trump, that's just one more irony from the man who wasn't going to get us into more stupid wars in the Middle East, or did he have his fingers crossed behind his back when he said that, so it wasn't really a lie?

@rhhardin, I think you’re on the right track, but IMAO the First Amendment refers to publication to a sider audience. In the 18th century only a printing press could do that, but in the 21st century news can be published online, or using TV or radio. In the 22nd century news may be published in a way no one can even imagine today. But I read the First Amendment to mean “publication to a wide audience,” and that would include whatever that 22nd century method might be.
The Press also sued when they lost access to the Pentagon. The DC courts sided with the Press, but the appeals court blocked the ruling.

Haven't these MSM types advocated to be credentialled by the government so that their smaller competitors can be shut down and they can have the exclusive right to do journalism? And the right to credential is the right to revoke credentials, so they need to make up their minds.
An FCC license is a license to broadcast so the corporation can make money. A license is not a right, it's a granted privilege. This is not a First Amendment case any more than Acosta's butt hurt was.

In spite of Trump's bluster and Jim Acosta's tears at being called an "enemy of the people," Trump 45 didn't harass the press in the way that some other presidents did.
Past presidents have excluded various outlets from the White House. This, though, is too much at once, the outlets are too prominent, and there's no immediate pretext for banishing them. Plus, the president is edging towards the kind of credibility problem that LBJ and GWB had.
Over the weekend I think a news copter in LA crashed, killing the pilot, the two "reporters" and someone on the ground. Maybe more? My first thought was how sad for the pilot and the victims on the ground, but that I felt the same way towards the press people as they felt towards Charlie Kirk's murder. Whatever that might be. Possibly they were upset by it (not likely... has there been any reporters from "traditional" news sources who were upset by it, outside of possibly the few ones who were actually there in person and were in danger?). But most likely they were very happy he died. So isn't that how we are supposed to react to the deaths of so-called 'journalists?'
As for this lawsuit, can anyone point to the part of the Constitution that says MSNBC has a constitutional right to take someone else's spot in the White House briefing room to spew far left treasonous propaganda? They can print their Pravda stuff without sitting in the front row in the White House just fine.

They wanted to revoke freedom of speech from "corporations", by which they most certainly did not mean the New York Times Corporation or the CBS Corporation, but rather right-leaning non-profit advocacy groups like Turning Point and the NRA. I wonder who will be selected as the Federal Judge in this case. If it's a Dem then the judge will order reinstatement. The D.C. Circuit is still controlled by the Dems and they will support the Dem judge. Then it will be up to the Supreme Court, and it's a question how Roberts, Kavanaugh and Coney Barrett will vote.
