It doesn't matter. Nobody cares how much evidence there is that the 2020 election was stolen. The number of people who haven't irrevocably made up their minds is vanishingly small.
If Trump uses it, not to argue that he won, but to argue that we need better ballot security, well, 80% of the public already agrees with him and yet the Republicans in the Senate refuse to fix the problem.
So what then?
I like DeSantis or Rubio. May sit this one out if Vance is nominated.
The 2028 election will be entirely about how the post-Trump world moves forward. It's a very different place than 2016.
My money today would be that both sides will put up calming candidates who won't spike emotions on the other side. Without TDS in play, Democrats will have to become coherent and likely force out the DSA faction.
So maybe Vance, Rubio, Tulsi Gabbard, Manchin comes out of retirement, or a defecting Fetterman (he he)? I'm not sure it'll matter, as the new Republicans and new Democrats will both be finding their way forward without Trump.

I agree with tim maguire that people have made their minds up about the 2020 election. As a Georgia voter, my mind was made up when Fulton County sent all the vote counters home and in the morning 250K ballots magically showed up, most of them for democrat candidates. Is there smoking gun proof - no. Is there overwhelming circumstantial evidence of fraud - yes.
Mail in ballots should not be allowed for any reason. And I say this as a former military man who voted absentee for 10 years. Secret ballots combined with mail-in and ballot harvesting is a recipe for fraud. Most European countries don't allow mail in voting or severely restrict it. The Carter-Baker commission recommended severe restrictions on mail in voting. We made in 220 years or so with out mail in voting. The only reason for it's recent expansion is democrat party fraud.

I listened to Mike Rowe’s podcast interview of JD Vance. I found it quite boring, maybe even one of Mike’s most boring guests. Mike, understand publishing because he and his mom have written best selling books, mostly discussed book writing. When the topic touched on Mike’s biggest topic of skilled trade work, I can’t recall what JD had to say about it and certainly know it wasn’t as useful as Josh from Montana Knife Company had to say on the subject as a business owner or even Shawn Ryan, who just had Rowe on his podcast (right after Candace Owen?).

No, that's a thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory. The Fulton County 'suitcases of ballots' video from State Farm Arena shows normal ballot containers that were stored under tables in full view of monitors and cameras. Election workers were sent home late on election night (around 10:30 PM) after a pipe burst caused a delay—not to hide anything. Counting of already-processed absentee ballots resumed publicly the next morning.There were no '250K magical ballots.' These were legitimate ballots counted as part of the normal process. Georgia conducted a full hand recount of nearly 5 million ballots, multiple risk-limiting audits, and machine recounts—all confirming Biden's win by ~12,000 votes. Republican officials, federal judges (including Trump appointees), and Trump's own AG Bill Barr found no evidence of widespread fraud that changed the outcome.

Regarding "thoroughly debunked" - at 10pm Trump and David Perdue led the tallies by about 100K votes (about 3%). Analyst on CNN, "I am ready to call it, it's statistically impossible, with the votes remaining for Biden and Ossoff to close the gap". And yet... So, debunked by whom.
