No wager again as INTREPIDO went off at 7-2and ran poorly. I had him at 5-1 minimum to even think about a wager.Mike Smith the old man ,wins Santa Anita Derby, another short price.I didnt see anything that would have me thinking a play for Kentucky here. Wood memorial 11-1 wins race in a non descript group of horses.Wood never much of a baroeter for May 1st. The amazing race at KEENLAND and FURTHER ADO was mesmerizing,winning easily ,about 10 length s in hand under the wire, Ran wide 1st turn and closed on a slow 47 and change half mile pace,wow impressive as the favorite paying $3.70 in 149 and change for mile and an 1/8th. This will be one of my serious looks in the DERBY and hopefully doesnt get pounded at the window but probably one of most impressive wins I have seen this season. I will have a large bankrool for DERBY day as most races had either bad odds or short fields not bettable for me. I will be looking at playing more gimmicks(pick 4's,triples ,exactas etc) and of course my win bet on my pick. Its just about settled now and morning lines will be out soon for DERBY. t been in win spot since 2007,this could be the year impressive race for FURTHER ADO. I watched the race 3x and each time more impressed with horse getting pushed 5 wide on turn, closing on a slow pace and being able to move to the 3 path for last eight pulling away.149.58 was only 2 seconds of track record for the distance and winning by 11 lengths in hand obviously shows horse could have gone faster and had plenty for extra distance of DERBY. YEAH MAN...Beautiful..Brad Cox has only won DERB 1 time but was first Louisianna native twin the race..As many races AS IRAD has won and riding titles he has never won the DERBY all part of the handicapping info I'll be doping for the BIG DAY. The best horse dont not always win the race but this one is a beauty!
I have a question for those who have read Marx. In theory, the worker revolution paves the way for the "dictatorship of the proletariat" - by this term Marx refers to rule by the proletariat as a whole, not by some subset. You are conflating Marx proper with later Leninism. Marx himself was a relatively compassionate softie who addressed the personal alienation of capitalism. Marxism is routinely described as a secularized version of Christianity, but with a self-formed heaven on earth instead of heaven in the afterlife. As such, Marx thought that "the lion would lay down with the lamb" via shared consciousness raising.
This level of cooperation doesn't happen with any species outside of ant and bee colonies. It surely does not occur with predatory meat-eating mammals like humans. Lenin and Stalin turned Marxism into aggressive, manipulative, genocidal warlordism in the 20th century. They sought to force an outcome (either Party control or heaven on earth) -- it was simple predation with Marxist language.
Because of the original compassion theme, Marxist true believers say a genuine Marxist government has never been enacted. So, the wolves among them use compassionate language but shift to Leninism again and again.

I bought a jump drive to transfer all the shit from my old computer to my new computer and I discovered that the jump drives in old Macs do not fit in new Macs. I think I used wi fi, eventually. I had the old Mac in my kitchen and my new Mac on my desk. And I was on my knees praying. "I need my book, please let me have my book back." Dude.
