Maybe your sources are feeding you incorrect information. The school sits 100 meters from the naval base. The first missile struck the naval base, about 90-120 second later the second missile strikes the base. Because of the nature of the 2-strike process, the second blast radius is large and so hit the school. your double-tap invective is not accurate, the second missile didn't wait for parents to show up and then strike. That's not how the doctrine works. 120 seconds is not long enough for parents to come rushing to the school. You have to ask yourself. Which is the more likely scenario, the US wanting to kill children for no political, military or propaganda purposes only for the purpose of killing brown girls, or the Iranian military purposefully co-locating schools with military bases (especially girl schools where the culture has repeatedly made it clear women have little value but hold great value as human shields due to western sensitivities).

A "thermobaric" bomb, or fuel-air explosive, is a very large bomb typically delivered by rocket powered ballistic missile or dropped from a cargo plane under conditions of total air supremacy, as ordinary bombers and cruise missiles are not powerful enough to carry the massive quantity of fuel these require. The liquid or powder fuel is aerosolized over a large area by the initial charge and then detonated by a second charge. They are rather impractical and seldom used by our forces. I think we flung a few at massed Iraqi troops in trenches in the open desert during Desert Storm. I haven't heard of any used since then, except in Ukraine.

We hit two empty warehouses, a hospital, and a school, the warehouses were empty, the hospital was a smoking ruin, and there were people running to the school and assembling around it. We know this because there was a fifth missile circling overhead, relaying video back to the ship that launched the missiles.
They decided to do a "double tap" on the target, seeing all of those people, and TBH, they probably thought that they were military, because they were so sloppy. So they configured the Tomahawk to use it's remaining fuel as a fuel air explosive in the strike, creating a thermobaric warhead.
Who says it was a military target nearby? The video shows that they were empty warehouses that AI "thought" might be holding missiles. So it was only a military target in the minds of AI. Anybody who bothered to look could have easily seen using open sources that this was a girls school.

What makes you think Schumer supports Israel? He seeks power first and foremost. He is a Democrat second. I'm not sure he supports America at all. He certainly does not support Israel. Through all of 10/7 and Israel fighting to rescue its hostages, Schumer sided with the Democrats prohibiting Israel from attacking Hamas where they live and restricting Israel's use of American weaponry and refusing to replenish Israel's weapons as they ran dry during the war.
Perhaps 20 Y ago he might have supported Israel? I don't know. I do know that over the last 10 and 20 Y his primary drive is personal power, followed closely by Democrat power. I don't see supporting USA, Israel, or Western values as anything he values at all. I don't think anyone who supports Israel sees him as a supporter.
