Incredible to me that people video themselves talking about nothing and are rewarded with views. But eating beans? And never once mentioning the single most notorious effect of eating beans? Really? I fondly recall "Blazing Saddles" portrayal of such gustatory indulgence. Now that was funny!

My college roomie, in a fit of extreme financial limitations, tried to subsist for a week on a large pot of pinto beans he made Sunday afternoon. I like beans, especially in chili, where I put both kidney and black beans. I was going to my son's for the Bears game on Black Friday, and he was making chili, but he hates beans so none in his result.
As far as going over scary bridges, try the Mackinac Bridge in high wind. Add the steel grate roadbed, major pucker factor.
You rinse the beans after soaking them overnight, and the "indigestibility" factor goes way down.
