I only quoted part of what's at that clip. Joy Reid goes on and on about nakedness and extensively details what's wrong with "dangling boobies." Nor is she a fan of the "flat ass." Jacque Reid joins in. Both women assert that they are not transphobic... as they go on and on saying what has been getting people called transphobic. It's quite amusing (and, to some, I presume, enraging).

To be fair, Joy is expressing an opinion shared by most women. That is brave and rare for a person of her political persuasion. She is late to the game, but don't forget how bad things had gotten.

I haven't been in a locker room for some time. But if I were in one, and Joy Reid walked in, I'd be pretty freaked out. Maybe not so much if she was naked. Interesting point there. A naked woman is a vulnerable woman. Period. But in a women's locker room, a naked man is not vulnerable, he is threatening. It's a dick thing. But I am guessing that if Reid saw one of those poor girls who got her tits cut off and had one of those fake dicks made out of her forearm in her locker room, her immediate reaction would be horror at the mutilation. She would not feel threatened by a "trans man".
