"... he will not have full access to the White House, he will be like any other person. He is a truly evil guy, a very bad guy. I made it my personal thing to take this guy down. Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it; I’m not prepared to tolerate it anymore.... This thing of the H-1B visas, it’s about the entire immigration system is gamed by the tech overlords, they use it to their advantage, the people are furious.... Peter Thiel, David Sachs, Elon Musk, are all white South Africans. He should go back to South Africa. Why do we have South Africans, the most racist people on earth, white South Africans, we have them making any comments at all on what goes on in the United States? We have been fighting this fight for ten years.... We are going to expose the entire corruption of the American system, of how money controls everything...."
Says Steve Bannon, quoted in "'I Will Do Anything' to Keep Elon Musk out of the White House" (Breitbart).

Steve Bannon is a grifter. Who even listens to him? Not Trump.
Sorry to see Bannon lose it.
That’s nasty and counterproductive. Perhaps he’s being manipulative and trying to consolidate the trades but when you’ve made the sale…
I chose St. Patrick’s Day as the deadline for Musk and Rama to be run out of DC. See the irony?
Oh yeah, I was wondering how Steve Bannon got himself run out of the first Trump Administration. At this point I'm convinced the grifters are cannibalizing each other.
Does Bannon have any power that we should listen to him?
Sounds like Steve Bannon is about to find out how little clout he has.
Sounds like Steve Bannon is about to find out how little clout he has.
Bannon is the past. Musk is the future. Both know it.
Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it; I’m not prepared to tolerate it anymore
I can’t think of a worse epithet for Steve Bannon than to simply point out he believes that statement.
I know precious little about Steve Bannon, but from the excerpt, he seems very comfortable and confident shooting his mouth off, which seems to be a personal trait that gets respect these days, so maybe he knows what he's talking about.
Steve Bannon went to jail for Donald Trump didn't he? I guess we'll see if that buys him anything.
I don’t see anything wrong with this. Trust but verify. Elon Musk, Bannon, Trump - they’re all human beings. They have our interests in mind but they also have their own interests in mind. We see in California today what happens when we hold individuals above criticism.
Well let’s hope not.
Why the ad hominem histrionics instead of policy points? Maybe Bannon feels like he's loosing whatever influence he had to the likes of Musk?
Minimum salaries, an auction of a capped annual number of H-1B visas and establishing legal recourse for US workers forced to train their replacements would largely address Bannon's issues, would it not?
who's this "Steve Bannon" ??
There's a lot more snakier snakes in DC.
I've read enough comments in here to know that Trump's supporters loathe EVs. Yet they seem to admire Musk. In addition, they hate elites. Musk is very much an elite. Very rick people, whether Soros or Musk, have no real convictions beyond securing and protecting their power, interests, and wealth. Bannon may be a loose cannon, but so is Trump, and the latter's willingness to throw Bannon aside is just one example in a disturbing pattern . Also, while I'm no fan of Bannon or Trump, he's onto something here. I know people on the left hate Musk, I know the press is after him. Sometimes even people you don't like are right.
I don't know if it's really true that rich people only care about protecting their own power, etc., I think it's more a matter that rich people are pampered and isolated from the problems and struggles ordinary people face. It's like they are another species really.
I'm old enough to remember when it was common to make the bad guys in movies and TV shows white South Africans. And so is Bannon.
All of those mentioned are facilitating those in the intelligence community who are creating the new/expanded security state. Thiel is J D Vance's sugar daddy.
Ravings of a madman. He is Biden with the volume turned up.
Strong words, to be coming from a man who looks like he sleeps on a park bench. I'm skeptical of what Musk might have in mind, but I do take some comfort in his achievements, which have obviously had a huge impact on society and have generally improved mankind. Bannon? Not so much, aside from a profession in the hot air business.
He's either a cop on a 60's TV show or guy on a cartoon.
I think it's fair to say -- the Althouse commentariat would agree Jane Fonda's visit to Hanoi was one of the worst acts of treason in American history. But yet have no problem with Elon Musk's regular conversations with Vladimir Putin.
Good. Trump likes opposing positions stated, and the anti-H1B needs a voice. Bannon isn't wrong about the tech bro scam this program has been.
Steve Bannon is full of Steve Bannon. Yesterday’s lunch. End of story.
" But yet have no problem with Elon Musk's regular conversations with Vladimir Putin."
That might be true, but I have no way of knowing, as we are not at war with Putin, and Musk's alleged conversations are not broadcast by the Kremlin as a US Anti-War propaganda opportunity. Do you see the difference?
One reason immigration restriction aka sensible immigration goes nowhere is that we have people like Steve Bannon leading it. What a loose cannon this guy is! When he was at the Trump white house he spent all his time fighting everyone else, and here he is taking shots at Musk.
And calling someone a racist? Dissing South Africans? Its hilarious to think what Bannon would've called Musk if he'd come from Israel and not South Africa. And Goddamn, and there's nothing more annoying than some white person calling another white person racist. Boomers just cant let that go. And they never understand how stupid it is. Y'all are considered racists by the Left especially the non-whites ones. You too Steve.
Hiring cheap foreign labor only benefits you if you're the only one doing it. Otherwise the advantage gets competed away and goes to the consumer, not the business. And in fact you're required to do it or you'll go out of business.
Tulsi Gabbard would like a word.
I've read enough comments here to know that many of the Trump supporters who comment own EV's. And that Musk's purchase of Twitter and stand on free speech may quite literally have saved our country.
Most of the people with any degree of power and influence, for good or for bad, are very rich. Some have more principles than others.
Musk, like almost all of SV execs, loves H-1bs. They make his life easy. That he supports the program, and wants it expanded, isn't remarkable. But he shouldn't be making policy in this area.
But why single him out. Or the other execs around Trump? George Soros had dedicated his fortune to open borders and mass immigration of the 2nd and 3rd world into North America and Europe. And so have numerous Billionaries. Even the ones that don't make money off it. Many of them think its a good thing. Especially for Jews.
I've never understood why the Indian Programmers and Engineers have to come to USA to work. There's no reason why they cant stay in India. Has Musk or Silicon Valley heard of the "Internet"? Everything is done on computer. And the work product can be transfered accross the globe in a nanosecond.
My impression is that South Africa has turned into a third world country under black rule, which seems to happen a lot in Africa. Mandela gave the country a good start but it didn't hold.
I used to log in on systems in India to fix this or that. Long character delay time so visual editors were out. Hence my continued use of /bin/ed for all editing even today.
Disinformation bot is up early today.
Changing the subject is an apropos strategy for a loser.
More than a few right wing grifters like Nick Fuentes try to rapidly shift between claiming their influence made President Trump's victory possible (lmao), and that President Trump is compromised/ hates Americans/ not actually Trump.
There is a case to be made for President Trump relying less on Elon Musk, but only the truly dense would consider putting the grifters in his place. Actually, I wonder if their presence is designed TO keep nationalist influence in check.
Bannon does know a thing or two about evil.
Donald Trump is a billionaire himself, imbecile. I have no idea why the NPC left and the VichyCons think "but they're elites" is going to work to divide MAGA when it historically never has. People can tell the difference between normal rich people, the Epsteinites, and the lackeys/ drones who absolutely infest online spaces without ever actually influencing them.
The US pays literally millions of programmers in India, mostly doing fairly stupid stuff (endless rehashing of patterns in Java). US pays many thousands of actual engineers in India, many doing interesting work and VERY motivated. Last I saw, these guys were making $20-60K.
They all would like to spend at least sometime in the US, hoping to make some real money. Many go back, having made some money or just not happy so far away from home. US employers like having them come over and work long hours cheap.
BTW, working long hours cheap is how ALL young engineers get started.
There is so much wrong with Guitar Joe's "hot take" I almost dont know where to start, and much of it has been hashed out in pieces over many different threads, so a couple quick bullet point responses:
-1) Conservatives/"MAGA"/whatever dont hate Electric Vehicles. Total BS and stupid. They do hate govt EV purchase mandates by "dates certain" and govt EV purchase subsidies. BTW, Tesla sales far exceed the max number of total fed govt sales subsidies and Teska is the only EV manufactureer that can turn a profit oer car sold without subsidies.
2) No conservative/"MAGA" types "hate "elites". Far too vague and nebulus a statement. Self-made "elites" that actually create real stuff and were not coopted by the woke/deep state etc have always been accepted. The fact that it took years of behind the scenes corruption of the tech/business/investor sector which finally opened the eyes of many silicon valley types is a welcome development since many of those silicon valley elites have mentalities which needed that bludgeoning, politically, to finally wake to the fact the real societal danger is from the naturally fascist left.
3) Musk has literally ZERO in common with Soros, and only a buffoon could argue otherwise.
4) Trump has not reversed himself on his long-standing opposition to EV purchase mandates or subsidies.
5) there is a tech side blindness to how the H1B programs have been and continue to be abused and this inner, yet quite public and healthy debate, on the Trump supporter side is an absolutely necessay fight to have to raise all the issues and force all sides to hash it out...in public. Transparently.
I have already gone on too long here.
I've read enough comments in here to know that Trump's supporters loathe EVs. Yet they seem to admire Musk.
Speaking for myself, I don't loathe EV's. Some are very impressive. What I loathe is having EV's shoved down my throat, by which I mean having the government talk about forcing the elimination of IC engines and requiring EV's instead of letting them develop and compete with IC vehicles in the marketplace.
To regain control of the White House, Donald Trump must deport Elon Musk.
Pass the popcorn, things are getting interesting. I hear rumblings of discontent. Buyer’s remorse? And he’s not even sworn in yet.
In ancient drama, angry hobo shakes fist at rich man....
Harry-Sisson-like LLR-the democratical Rich has received the daily script from New Soviet Democratical Politburo leadership and is now feverishly doing his NPC-apparatchik part for Team Left/Globalist.
Its amusing watching him seamlessly regurgitate whatever changing talking points hit the deck each morning, contradicting and/or destroying previous talking points, like all the the other Animal Farm pigs! Lets face it, this is what leads to his non-stop stream of hilariously and massively failed "predictions"...
This thing of the H-1B visas, it’s about the entire immigration system is gamed by the tech overlords
It's a problem of illegal immigration. Millions of unemployed people, many of them criminals, and they are creating out-of-control stress on our welfare state. I don't know how many "tech overlords" are gaming "the entire immigration system." How many tech overlords does Bannon think there are? How many employees does he think Tesla and Apple and Microsoft and so on have? H-1B visa people coming in are not a burden on our welfare state -- our hospitals, our police, our jails, our schools.
Why do we have South Africans, the most racist people on earth, white South Africans
Musk is an American. He's been an American for several decades now. He is not one of the most racist people on Earth. For instance, Musk doesn't demonize a whole class of people by where they were born or what color their skin is. That's what you're doing Bannon, you idiot.
I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day.
That's an overwrought case of access-envy.
hey, Inga's back! yay!
"I don’t see anything wrong with this. Trust but verify."
Except that's not what Bannon is saying. He's literally saying that Elon is evil, and that, despite Elon's being an American citizen, Trump should have nothing to do with him because of his South African roots. Pretty unhinged, IMO.
This mandated compliance shit is totally unamerican. Maybe Trump should mandate only Kingston guitars in America.
when did he ever have it?
And I don't hate "elites". I admire people who are genuinely admirable. I don't respect those who think social standing or unrolling prestigious credentials exempts them from having to understand and debate issues. I don't like it when someone who is expert in one area thinks that makes them an expert in every area.
"Pass the popcorn, things are getting interesting."
You should still have plenty of popcorn left in your pantry that you didn't get to eat on November 5.
P-Inga, cultist and continued NPC believer in every hoax launched over the last 10 years, without exception, STILL has no idea how to internalize and react to the reality that the other side is not like her robotic New Soviet Democratical self.
Her total befuddlement over free minds disagreeing publicly is fun to watch!
I should think that these Tech leaders know a thing or two about who to hire.
Bannon not remotely close. America has to cover a lot of ground to catch up.
Musk catches his spent launch vehicles. Boeing/NASA are in the toilet.
Elon Musk's regular conversations with Vladimir Putin
==========
that could have been one reason to give Ukraine StarLink ability - easier to tap Putin phone line!!!
Leftists cannot separate a person from the product. Imbeceils are the ones who sell their Tesla because of Musk. It's part of their Government is God mantra.
Me thinks Steve fears a broken rice bowl. No access, no cred, no cred no money. So easy even an 81 yea old can figure it out.
Drago's take here is excellent. Read it and move on to other matters.
I am glad that there will be disagreement within the ranks of the incoming administration.
It is a breath of fresh air from Democrat administrations where everyone marches in lock step.
year old oops
Regardless of how you feel about EV's or Musk, if you've never driven a Tesla Model S, go drive one. Holy smokes! I couldn't own one. I'd lose my license.
Bannon is all over the place with his mouth vomit. I'm not sure what to make of him now. Did he lose his mind?
My spouse and I are Trump supporters—here in far northern California, where (fortunately) Republican Trump supporters make up a large majority—and we have two hybrids (a Prius and Highlander), though not pure electric vehicles per se. Their being hybrids has helped on several occasions to power elements of our house when grid power has gone down from time to time (less frequently for the last several years now that we reside outside PG&E territory—thank God!).
The walls are closing in.
Welcome back, Inga!
Diversity (e.g. racism) politics. #HateLovesAbortion
This is what happens to people who live on a diet of alcohol and low fiber ultra processed food.
"I think it's fair to say -- the Althouse commentariat would agree Jane Fonda's visit to Hanoi was one of the worst acts of treason in American history. But yet have no problem with Elon Musk's regular conversations with Vladimir Putin."
Yeah.... that picture of Musk straddling a Russian surface to air missle was pretty disappointing. Putz.
Average people have been pawns in a war-of-the-oligarchs for quite a while. This includes Soros, Gates, Zuckerberg, Schwab, Bloomberg, Musk, Trump, Jeffrey Epstein's funders, and many more. Trust but verify all of them. Their "best interests" are the interests of a billionaire, as they truly can light cigars with $100 bills.
Well well. After two months on a post-election reconciliation with her vibrator, look who's back.
Musk (and Ramaswamy) is ideologically opposed to remote work, but he's flat wrong for many types of jobs. He imagines that the world is full of hyper capable, hyper ambitious clones of himself -- if only he can look over their shoulders in an office. Nope. See his treatment of the Twitter/X staff, and see his comments about federal employees. On-site work is essential for product development and building physical stuff, but irrelevant to many research, analysis, monitoring, writing, accounting, engineering, reporting, legal, customer service, and computer programming tasks.
Hi Inag.
Kamala lost. hahahahahahaha
Bannon is an outsider now. Is he jealous? Access envy - that's probably it.
As soon as Bannon switches sides for the big payoff - watch the left fall in love with him.
btw- the H-1B visa argument is worth having. The left are so used to hive-mind lockstep loyalty to all ideas on team D - they do not know what to make of people who disagree - and who discuss those disagreements without a loyalist meltdown.
Deplorables had no greater champion than Steve Bannon, and it was with great sadness that Donald Trump had to tell him the Administration was going in a different direction and would no longer need Bannon’s services — Bannon’s job could be performed by a smarter, hungrier immigrant. When Bannon protested that Trump was betraying MAGA and the American people, Trump said “Hey, you fucked up — you trusted me.”
Native South Africans were caught in the historical Diversitist conflict between the Zulu and Mandela's Xhosa and British imperial interests to divest with benefits in a progressive testament to transnational liberal holdings.
While I appreciate the irony of calling a specific group of people the most racist people on the planet, it is not a good look. Also adopting the rhetorical jabs of the woke-folk is bad overall for society but also a large misreading of his audience. All that being said, he isn't wrong about H-1B visas. In almost every industry they are widely used the visa recipients aren't bringing any skills that American workers don't have, they are just willing to work cheaper. In fact in many cases they less skilled than the people they are replacing. While this may help the bottom line of those companies, it is disastrous for the American middle class. Plus, it makes the American society more fractured and atomized. Despite the wishy-washy good feelings of the globalists, Human beings and human cultures are not fungible. A non-negotiable priority for any immigration system has to be that immigrants who come here must assimilate to American culture. Our immigration system must only make new Americans not new diaspora residents.
Enigma - I agree. This is why I support DOGE & streamlining government, but believe taxes on the well off should go up a bit (I say annual taxable income of 400k and higher). The sacrifice can't just be working class and middle class jobs cut/lost, while the super rich receive millions in tax cuts. It won't happen, of course. But if DJT did it, he would be shocked by the MSM support for it/him.
Good to see you, Inga. I wondered/worried about you and your health. Hope you and family are well. Cheers.
Oh - Did you receive any money from the KH campaign for all your posts between Sept and Nov? You tried hard.
Yeah, that didnt happen. But you did succeed in posting your daily -Gee, I am so much smarter than Trump- offering.
Btw, did you ever come up with a reason you said Trump had never been able to count? An odd assertion to say the least.
I'm gonna say more like bourbon talking. And I don't mean the aristocratic French kind.
"Kamala lost. hahahahahahaha"
Are you sure? I hear Iowa is still counting the flood of ballots from the womens.
Learn to recognize your doubles and near-doubles before posting. Musk is Bannon plus eight years times one million. He has the niche that Bannon thought was reserved for himself in 2016. Hence the jealousy.
He's not entirely wrong, though. Trump is going to have to part ways with Musk at some point or at least establish who's boss. Same thing when it comes to Ramaswamy.
Now do your Chinese overlords, Steve.
Quoting Aggie: "Strong words, to be coming from a man who looks like he sleeps on a park bench." As opposed to Musk?
Bish - Lies and distortions from D-MSNBC (Soviet deluxe)
Comments about EVs have toned down, but the claim that EVs have had any support from most of the folks here until recently is just silly. They've toned down the in the comments because people here like Musk for other reasons. I don't think EVs should be mandated, and I understand the reservations folks have about them, but there was a fair amount of criticism about them here a while back. As for Soros vs Musk vs the Koch Bros vs Bill Gates--sorry, they're very rich people who use their money to wield power to protect their wealth and power. Soros may have different politics than Musk, but I don't believe either uses power out of any conviction but self-aggrandizement and wealth preservation. As for "elites," a lot of ads during political campaigns, and a lot of comments from politicians use the term derisively all the time. Bannon himself has, and you can deny it now since you no longer like him, but he influenced Trump in that regard and set the tone in politics that lets someone like Hawley or Cruz, Ivy Leaguers, both, use the term. Yes, I know they mean the press, college profs, people in entertainment, and tech guys. To me, this is a class issue and Musk, Soros, Gates and the rest should be tapped for whatever they can provide in the short term politically and cut loose before they have too much influence and think they are the ones running things. Anyone who has watched Trump probably knows he'll take care of that himself, so maybe Bannon is ahead of himself.
Kerry's private chats with the negotiators in Paris were worse than Fonda, for several reasons.
Original Mike -
It's very close in Iowa. Very close. Kamala is only behind by 13 points... and yes - counting continues. The future of USA - is to count count count until slick pretty vanity project empty reservoir - bombed up dams Newsum - vins it all.
For the second time — the first was in 2017 — Bannon forgets who the boss is.
@rehajm, Musk could buy DC and not notice he spent the money.
Another great Only the best people in my club....
Fuck Steve Bannon. Trump should utterly exclude that loser. The Silicon Valley guys are the best thing Trump has going for him.
You've got that backwards. DC could buy Musk and not notice it had printed the money.
No. If Elon and Vivek want to hire Indians, they can hire as many as they like. In India. I understand there are quite a few of them in South Africa as well. But they will have to pay them with dollars. They would rather pay them with fractions of my American citizenship. Let me ask, what would you say is a reasonable number of people to be offered your job every year? At half your pay?
Guitar Joe: "Comments about EVs have toned down, but the claim that EVs have had any support from most of the folks here until recently is just silly. They've toned down the in the comments because people here like Musk for other reasons."
Wrong. Again. With incorrect premises you'll never get the conclusions right.
Bankrupting yourself running a casino?
It’s basic arithmetic.
Yes, exactly how does Bannon propose to run Musk out when Trump invited him in.
"BTW, Tesla sales far exceed the max number of total fed govt sales subsidies and Teska is the only EV manufactureer that can turn a profit oer car sold without subsidies."
If that means what I think it means, it's false. Without government subsidies, Tesla would probably not exist. Of course, if you are one of the people who think the government should subsidize things, that is exactly why -- to bring about the existence of things that would not otherwise exist. I would not have thought Drago was one of those people.
He's Race Bannon's brother.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYoSG0mZHHs
I don't hate EVs. Not do most Trump supporters. But I am fully aware that EVs are not suitable in snow and cold, not ideal for long trips, among other many drawbacks. What I see locally, much to my surprise, is an explosion in the number of people routinely using e-bikes. Wide tired ones. Never using the pedals... Even now, in December. Local grocery has at least 4 employees who use them for commuting. From almost 20 to one easily in his 40s.
Yes. A moronic lefty wrote that after 4 years of the biden disaster, the kamala collapse and with CA burning.
Of course, its now trending Dinky and gadfly are looking "good" by comparison to LLR-democratical Rich!...and your average 5 year old.
The H1B issue will have to be dealt with and Bannon is not wrong on that issue, regardless of tone and rhetoric.
If the United States survives as the country that the Founders intended, we will look back and point to Musk’s purchase of Twitter as the most important factor in preserving our liberty.
Do you actually know any of the details (timing, correlating world/national economic events/conditions, parallel industry performance, steps taken, eventual outcomes, etc) of ANY of those reorganizations?
Given your past performance here, I am thinking its very safe to say "no".
How nany reorganizations occurred? What % of the Trump org portfolio was involved? Each time? 50%? 25%? 5%? Maybe...2%?
Thanks for playing.
Jupiter: "If that means what I think it means, it's false"
No, its not.
Tesla has never received any subsidy for a vehicle sale that was not available to any EV manufacturer.
Tesla can turn a profit on any vehicle sale without any subsidy now. No other EV manufacturer anywhere else can even come close. Other manufacturers lose tens of thousands on each EV sold, even with subsidies.
Musk has already publicly stated he is perfectly ok with subsidies going away completely as Tesla will be the only EV player left standing....on their own 2 feet.
There is a top side limit on number of subsidies an EV manufacturer can collect for sales...a number Tesla already far exceeds.
Teslas revolutionary design for manufacturability, manufacturing technology/strategy and supply chain put them in a category all their own.
And with the 2025 - 2026 surge of Optimus coming online in the next 24 months, withe worlds most massive "compute" capability for FSD, these advantages are going to widen the gaps even further.
Tesla is a technology company, not a "car" company.
That's the thing about really stupid people. They soon forget what they did to embarass themselves and will soon do it again.
And I didnt even mention Tesla's entire other Lines of Business including the already profitable large scale PowerWall business and national recharging network solutions already being adopted by about 20 states and just about every other major auto manufacturer adopting the Tesla recharge config ensuring Tesla is going to get paid regardless of which car is getting recharged.
Your jazz hands are unpersuasive.
Here’s another: Trump sinks the two Republicans running for the Georgia Senate seats in 2021, which tipped the Senate to Democrats, resulting in an orgy of government spending and subsequent runaway inflation that ruined millions upon millions of American lives.
Oopsie poopsie, Trump forgot how to count to fifty-one.
One place I worked at outsourced the work to India. The big problem we had was that Indians would jump to other jobs constantly. No sooner would we get someone trained and they would be gone shortly and the new person would require training. And of course they would rely on those of us who had worked on the job for years as 2nd and 3rd tier support, which is what they were supposed to be. My boss ended up telling us to stop retraining them and answering their questions. That work was supposed to be outsourced, we didn't have the resources to keep doing it and the work we were responsible for.
@Drago
As an IT guy with +4 decades in the industry I can only say Amen brother, amen.
But..but..."It's a cult!"
"...tipped the Senate to Democrats, resulting in an orgy of government spending and subsequent runaway inflation that ruined millions ..."
Out-of-control-spending Democrats being presented as 'Trump's fault' Must be a graduate of the Rachel Maddow 'skool of jurnalsm'.
The interests of individual IT workers are not always the same as the interests of the country as a whole. The more smart hard working people we have in the US, the more wealth there will be for everyone. The economic pie is not a static size.
Bannon goodbye. He just wrote his own farewell. He'll be lucky to ever see Trump again.
has any one brought up 'prohibition against importation of slaves' wrt H1 visas?
he Act Prohibiting Importation of Slaves of 1807 (2 Stat. 426, enacted March 2, 1807) is a United States federal law that prohibited the importation of slaves into the United States. It took effect on January 1, 1808, the earliest date permitted by the United States Constitution.
I wish that Bannon would just go away. If Trump is smart, he will cut Bannon off ASAP.
H1B workers suppress wages in the IT field and discourage young Americans from going into IT. Therefore, young Americans don't develop the skills they need to succeed in the IT field. This is known as eating the seed corn. There has to be some advantage to being an American citizen. If not, why should I support America? Why should young men join the military and risk their necks? As a veteran I can tell you, at this point they shouldn't. And guess what, they're not.
We knew what a Senate Democratic majority would do under Biden from what it had done under Obama. Trump’s sabotage of Georgia’s Republican Senate candidates was functionally indistinguishable from voting for their opponents, which handed the Senate to Democrats.
glad to see you back Igna! we all Need the laughs!
I've read enough comments in here to know that Trump's supporters loathe EVs.
No. While there may be some, I'm a Trump supporter who loathes EV mandates.
Big difference.
Jane Fonda's visit to Hanoi was one of the worst acts of treason in American history. But yet have no problem with Elon Musk's regular conversations with Vladimir Putin.
This just may be the stupidest comment ever written on the Internet.
