Because of the screenshot I was expecting a reaction from Musk like those videos of people hearing a song for the first time. Even so it was entertaining in a uniquely Trumpy manner.

If one is using a secure VPN, then how does Judge Dredd even know (not a tech expert)? Of course, this is a lie. The referendum seeks to establish a state constitutional right to abortion to the point of fetal viability, which is somewhere around the 23rd or 24th week. This vote has nothing to do with six weeks.
Trump has clearly and often stated his belief that six weeks is too short, and restated that in the very statement he made saying that he would vote against the referendum. His stated position has not changed.
