"The law... calls for life imprisonment for anyone who engages in gay sex...."

"The law also decrees the death penalty for anyone convicted of 'aggravated homosexuality,' a term defined as acts of same-sex relations with children or disabled people, those carried out under threat or while someone is unconscious.... [There is also] a prison term of up to 20 years for anyone who promotes homosexuality, a vague provision that activists fear could be used to target agencies supporting L.G.B.T.Q. people, including those providing lifesaving AIDS treatment.... [O]ver the past few years, political leaders, along with domestic and international religious organizations, began ramping up anti-gay campaigns and warning about what they call a threat to family values. Politicians also began making baseless claims about a plot to promote gay activities and lure children in schools to homosexuality.... Some analysts said the law was meant to scapegoat gay people and distract the public from mounting domestic challenges, including rising unemployment and skyrocketing food prices...."

Some baseless claim. The gay fresh meat perverts in the U.S. are using the public schools to lure kids. I'd assume that people outside the U.S. are looking at the disgusting Pride scene here in the U.S. and deciding they aren't going to let it happen in their countries. That's encouraging.

The Ugandan measures seen rather draconian, although who trusts anything The NY Times writes? NY Times' writers are disgusting gay and trans groomers determined to turn the public schools into gay and trans recruiting centers. The fresh meat factory always needs new recruits.

Back to the closet and shaming for gays seems the right path to me.

The death penalty is reserved for men raping male minors or adults incapable of giving consent, or knowingly transmitting AIDS to another. I'm of course not endorsing outlawing homosexual sex itself, but we have (often uninforced) laws for any rapist of children or for knowingly transmitting AIDS. But despite the passage of CEDAW, rape of girls and women is virtually never prosecuted in Uganda. Male rapists of females rarely even suffer social consequences. Females who are caught in adultery are, on paper, no longer punished, but there is little social condemnation when they are extralegally punished, and the majority of women in Uganda experience domestic violence. Political dissidents are imprisoned and tortured. It's not just gays. It's never just gays. In fact, with the relatively small population numbers of gay men, these other human rights violations destroy many more lives. So why is this the only topic usually mentioned in the msm? If we're going to talk about human rights violations in Uganda, let's not erase the vast majority of its victims. It is a "democratic" dictatorship that oppresses all of its people, but the largest number of its victims are women and girls.

“The swift passage of the Ugandan bill, she added, was partly driven by the support it received from organizations outside the country.

Those include Family Watch International, an Arizona-based organization that promotes the bogus practice of conversion therapy to change someone’s sexual orientation. Just days after the bill was first passed in March, the organization’s American founders helped organize a conference in Uganda among African lawmakers to promote anti-gay measures continentwide.

Raise the rainbow flag at our embassy like we did in Afghanistan? What? Wait until you find out how China handles open homosexuality

After all what has 40 years of “acceptance” bought the good American people? Has our governance improved having “out” leaders? No. Mostly all we got was more public talk about sexual preference that has finally slid down the slippery slope to include outright grooming in public schools, men beating up girls in athletic competitions, a Secretary of Trans who cares more about taking “man” out of air traffic terminology than actually improving transportation issues like aging ports, delays, derailments and China running all the cranes at freight terminals. We get an Army missing recruitment goals because trannies have replaced the “be all you can be” campaign and the armed forces are purging their ranks of patriots and “white fragility” whatever that is.

Where are all the alleged benefits of this enforced diversity? Quality is down, morale is low, suicides at an all time high, recession, profits falling, babies without formula after 2+ years of shortages, public health held in contempt for their lies killing people, lowest trust in news media ever recorded, elections rigged, cities burned with no arrests or wrongdoers punished, DOJ targeting parents for demanding schools teach the three Rs instead of CRT and holding trans strip-tease story time.

As an observation... The thing that the LGBTWTFBBQ types seem not to realize is that their preferred sexual activity almost always engenders a deep and visceral revulsion in others, when they make it clear what they're actually doing. I have no personal animus against gay sex, but if you're doing it on my bunk (which happened during my military career) when I'm not present, or doing it in front of me...? We have a problem. One that's going to be dealt with absent any sensitivity or remorse.

Do it with kids? That I find out about, because you rub my face in it? Yeah; there will be repercussions.

Tolerance only goes so far; there's a commensurate duty implied when you plead for tolerance, and that duty is "Don't fly your disgusting perversions in the faces of those you're begging tolerance from..."

I don't know too many people who're willing to put up with these things impinging on their personal spaces; the more "the community" presses into these spaces, the less actual tolerance they're going to get. Moving into the schools? Yeesh. Big, big mistake.

Frankly, I'm about done with anyone who flies the freak flag, to include the heterosexuals who constantly bring their little fetishes out into the open. You wanna screw incessantly? Do it on your own time, away from public spaces. Also, please refrain from projecting your sexual issues onto the kids by dressing the pre-pubescent little girls in thongs and crotchless underwear... Or, advertising such where I have to see that crap and be disgusted. You want to sexualize children? You've got a problem, and I don't care whether you're heterosexual or whatever flavor of other deviancy you prefer: IT SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING.

I don't get the mental gap that exists with some folks I've run into, of late: They're absolutely certain they won't let their kids be alone with anyone from the church, yet they're fine with them going to drag queen shows for kids, mostly unattended. WTF? Madness.

You turn on the news, these days? You're left wondering if the last days of Sodom and Gomorrah didn't look similar to what's on display, there.

Exporting Prejudice: How the West promotes homophobia in Africa

“The latest round of homophobia – which demonises some of the world’s most vulnerable people and communities – is being enacted by populist leaders who claim to be protecting ‘African values’ against the ‘colonial imposition’ of LGBT rights.

The irony here is striking. These leaders conveniently ignore the fact that homophobia has its roots in colonialism.

In an overwhelming number of cases, the first explicitly homophobic laws in Africa were introduced by colonial administrators and Western missionaries – not by African leaders.

The British were particularly problematic: while 33% of former French territories criminalise homosexuality today, the figure rises to 66% in Commonwealth countries. As Aileen Kimuhu recently wrote, this means that “properly understood, homophobia is a legacy of colonialism – and it is one that a genuine process of decolonisation would have removed”.

Today, it is right-wing evangelical leaders who have taken up the baton of exporting prejudice. Through massive amounts of funding, the staging of conservative political conferences abroad, and media disinformation campaigns that promote extremist interpretations of religious texts, these groups have emerged as key drivers of this toxic agenda.”

I doubt that Uganda can afford to foot the bill for gay men to fuck a dozen guys in the ass every night. That’s what set off the AIDS epidemic, gay men engaging in promiscuous anal sex in the bathhouses of LA, SF, and NYC. It’s a lie that tens of thousands of gay men died at the hands of homophobic mobs. They committed suicide with their own sexual behavior, proving that the stereotype of gay men was accurate.

I’d bet Uganda is struggling to bear the cost of the vile, disgusting behavior of gay men. Gay men are a public health disaster. They generate one VD epidemic after another with their promiscuous play in one another’s piss and shit. Keep Western influences out.
"An alarming growth in rapes of children, often by relatives who believe that sex with a young virgin brings mystical powers or can even cure AIDS, is devastating families across much of Africa by spreading the human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, to otherwise sexually inactive girls.
Police and court officials, social workers and women’s rights activists say sexual violence against children is becoming a significant--although mostly unspoken--contributor to the disease among the youngest generation of this AIDS-stricken continent, where new data show overall infection rates skyrocketing in the last few years.
“It is hard to find a virgin of 16 nowadays, so men are turning to babies under 10,” said Mamelato Leopeng, an AIDS counselor at the Esselen Street Health Center in Johannesburg in neighboring South Africa. “They are looking for clean blood. It is all based on ignorance and a lack of education.”
Confronting sexual issues is so taboo in most African cultures that rapists are frequently let off the hook--and, some say, implicitly encouraged--because few families will endure the public shame of acknowledging the abuse, even when they suspect HIV may have been transmitted.
Some Healers Prescribe Pedophilia as Cure-All
Unscrupulous practitioners of traditional herbal and spiritual medicine, which is hugely popular across Africa, are fueling the problem by prescribing pedophilia as a remedy for everything from money woes to AIDS. In some instances, poor relatives quietly tolerate the crime, allowing a daughter to go with an older man for much-needed cash or as traditional compensation for a family debt or ancestral transgression. Others demand payment from the rapist and then remain silent.
<
Health officials in South Africa say adolescent girls are twice as likely to become infected with HIV as boys, a reflection of their increased sexual activity, often unwilling, with older men. At her Johannesburg clinic, Leopeng said, about one-third of the HIV-infected men she encounters have bought into the belief that sex with a virgin will cure them, and they are further convinced that the needed “dose of purity” is rendered ineffective with a condom.“It sometimes seems that we do nothing but rape cases, and we see only the tip of the iceberg,” said Jacqueline Pratt, acting chief magistrate of the criminal courts in Harare, Zimbabwe’s capital. “We even have cases of children still in [diapers] being raped. It is society gone upside down.”

Actually, Uganda has some of the best AIDS outcomes in Africa due to their early promotion of abstinence, monogamy, and condoms, called ABC. The program also involved criminalizing sex work and promiscuity -- not just for gays, but for everyone, and to more strictly punish pedophiles and rapists. It was not our program: it was their program, though its efficacy led us to promote similar efforts in other African countries.

In the early 1990's, I was assigned to work with refugees and immigrants in Atlanta to lower STDs in those populations. The Nigerian program was unambiguously the most effective throughout Africa. But it was literally reviled by the extremely powerful gay activists running the AIDS industry here and by extension through our state department. Draw your own conclusions, and then decide exactly what it is we "exported" to Africa, besides lifesaving medical care generously provided by our taxpayers, and most enthusiastically promoted by Bush I and II.

One more thing: AIDS was primarily a heterosexual disease in Africa due to the prevalence of traveling male workers using prostitutes, especially along trade and labor corridors, then spreading it to their wives and other women, and the high vulnerability of women exposed to multiple STDs. Homosexuality was not openly discussed, so little was known then about bisexual behavior and its role in spreading STDs in Africa. But, understandably, women in Nigeria and elsewhere embraced the ABC plan and its efforts to enforce Christian ideas of monogamy. Countless lives were saved. Surely you can't criticize that outcome.

“Discrimination Threatens Progress in the AIDS Response

Uganda’s progress on its HIV response is now in grave jeopardy. The Anti-Homosexuality Act 2023 will obstruct health education and the outreach that can help end AIDS as a public health threat. The stigma and discrimination associated with the passage of the Act has already led to reduced access to prevention as well as treatment services. Trust, confidentiality, and stigma-free engagement are essential for anyone seeking health care. LGBTQI+ people in Uganda increasingly fear for their safety and security, and increasing numbers of people are being discouraged from seeking vital health services for fear of attack, punishment and further marginalization.

Excess always leads to an equivalent reaction, which are generally full of unpleasantness, repression, and hypocrisy. Truly smart money goes down on "Let's not provoke the normies, no matter how good it feels to put it in their faces... There are rather more of them than us..."

Of course, nobody ever said that the LGBTWTFBBQ community was particularly smart or self-aware as a block; most of them can't even figure out what sex they are, and lack any form of real self-knowledge or awareness outside the narrow bounds of their sexual gratification. Which is why any society with any damn sense keeps them out of the mainstream and away from the levers of power, if it wants to last.

Not that sexually-obsessed heteros are any different in terms of the damage they do, but they occur in somewhat smaller quantities across their larger swathe of the population.

In the end, the whole thing boils down to people lacking self-control being too concerned about their sex lives, and acting out in public. Once your obsessions leak outside the privacy of your bedroom, you've got issues. They start impinging on other people's kids, you're setting yourself up for a serious fall--Ain't nobody putting that investment into someone, raising them, nurturing them, and then going to look the other way while some depraved individual decides to act out their sexual fantasies with them, claiming a right to "help them transition".

We're going to see a spate of outright violence in the next few years that's going to be very, very ugly, and take a lot of innocent life with it. Percentage-wise, gays aren't even a tail trying to wag the dog; it's more like "tail-tip" vs. the entire dog, and tails can be ohsoeasily docked. In some cases, it's even desirable for the dog...

This is the same policy that Democrats followed during the Covid-19,20,21,22 coronavirus season. This is the same policy initiated with Pelosi's Capitol Hill fire. The same policy followed in sanctuary States with abortion policy and civil rights denied to citizens and legal residents. This is not the policy followed in San Francisco during the AIDS transdemic that reduced the viability and sequestered thousands of trans/homosexual males for the sake of social progress and social justice.

Igna: "Importing ultra right wing Christian nationalism to Africa. Culture wars and religious extremism trump human rights."

Igna and her ilk don't know shit! My son has lived in Uganda for ten years. At one time the country was being decimated by AIDS. Serious government action including criminal penalties for homosexual activity helped curtail the epidemic. Meanwhile LGBT-loving NGOs charged with reducing AIDS in Africa bleated that the obviously effective measures were counter productive. A lie.

Ugandan antipathy to LGBT behavior has to do with loss, not "ultra right wing Christian nationalism." Contrariwise, leftwing twats like Igna will tout the LGBT culture war regardless of the casualties, particularly if they are "only" Africans.

This is your understanding of the issue? You are an idiot.

Why don't you answer his question?

"Where have Americans benefitted from our tolerance and acceptance of people who can’t shut up about who they want to fuck?”
