I read a couple of articles on that subject, which indicated that Biden was supposedly referring to something called something like the "most common price." But none of them explained what the "most common price" is (mathematically speaking, I know what that would mean, i.e., the "mode" though I don't know why that would apply here), whether there is any basis for Biden's claim on that basis, why, even on that basis, the claim is BS, or why the claim itself is BS. All the articles did was cite the average price, which is apparently different from the "most common price," which seems more relevant. Nobody is buying Biden's claim, but is there some explanation for why he's just lying through his teeth instead of mischaracterizing and spewing BS?

Remember, this is the guy who, on national TV, said a man who wasn't even President went on a communication medium that was barely out of the experimental stage to reassure the country after the Great Stock Market Crash of 1929. And he did it in 2008, 14 years ago, when he was 'only' 66.

He's always been a man of small intellect with little ability to create the kind of artful mischaracterizations that Democrats seem to love hearing their leaders spew (see Obama, Barak).
