He says that he later took the microphone again and apologized.

The Japanese are suffering through a crisis of suicide. A few years ago, the National Geographic had a pictorial essay on the Aokigahara forest in Japan. This is a popular suicide spot in Japan. Wataru Tsurumi's "The Complete Manual of Suicide" (!!!!) even described the forest as "a perfect place to die." Suicide is the leading cause of death in Japanese men among the ages of 20-44 and for women among the ages of 15 to 34. Not gun violence or AIDs or obesity or whatever the f*ck is killing Americans, but suicide. What the hell is going on? Even though the Japanese have a tradition of military suicide (kamikaze and the samurai nonsense), it is still hard to believe that suicide rates are so high. Japan is a great place to live!!! Much better than United States. Our country kind of sucks. And isn't it strange that the suicide rates in Syria and Afghanistan (and many, many other sh*thole countries) are so much lower than Japan's or ours?
