James Comey just totally exposed his partisan stance by urging his fellow Democrats to take back the White House in 2020. In other words, he is and has been a Democrat. Comey had no right heading the FBI at any time, but especially after his mind exploded!

I certainly wouldn't bring Comey to court as a witness. After his performance in Congress the other day, his credibility is zero. It exploded all over the room.

Remember that Comey appointed Chicago Democrat hack Fitzgerald Special prosecutor in the Plame leak investigation which was a witch hunt to get Chaney . Indeed he was always a democrat.

We we were in a really bad place in 2016. Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Lynch, Powers, etc. were far more interested in politics and careerism than law enforcement, national security or diplomacy. None of them can believe that Trump had audacity to win and make their hard work and personal plans go up in smoke.

Comey is a one-man wrecking crew. He is in hot competition with Mueller for the title of Worst Public Servant of His Generation.

From memory:
Comey was a low level member of the FBI that got the call to investigate the Rich pardon. After finding Clinton not guilty of wrongdoing (ring a bell?) he left to work for LockheedMartin (recommended by the Clintons). During his time there LM got huge contracts with the government, and the Clintons got huge donations to the foundation as well as generous speaking fees from LM. Comey came out with millions. After LM he went to HSBC (recommended by the Clintons) during the time they were having extreme problems for shady practices. Again, the Clintons made out like bandits from HSBC largesse, and although HSBC did get a hefty fine, none of the major players in the firm got fined or fired. Comey came out with millions.
All indictators point to Comey not just being a shady guy, but a bought and paid for "employee" of the Clintons.
If Comey, the FBI, the DOJ, the Clintons, and numerous Obama administration people don't wind up in jail in the end, the Republic is failed imo.
I don't know about that Rosenstein was one of Starr's prosecutors who then moved into main justice then made it to the tax division where he prote Ted the Clinton foundation.
Comey was a saboteur in the department back in March 2010, when he threatened to resign, one might consider his part in the anthrax investigation was also sabotage

I should have realized that when all the DC insiders were telling us what a "non-partisan" "Straight-shooter" Comey was (in December 2017) that he was the exact opposite.

Comey's mind seems to be in a hellish state, stubborn and refusing to acknowledge what he has done.
James Comey. He could have been a statesman — maybe even a great unsung one — but he feared Hillary Clinton and led the deference cascade which led us into Trumptation. He (Comey) is still leading them down that path.

I’m tired of waiting out investigations that drag on for years with hints of fireworks and then finish with...nothing much. (I’m looking at you, Trey Gowdy.)
I want to see the Mueller report, and then I want to see a another report summarizing all surrounding events—call it the story of the Mueller investigation. Who made what happen when. No matter what Mueller finds, people need to be prosecuted. It’s just a question of who.
I'm not sure whether believing a mind can explode makes you a dualist or not.

Be it Michael Cohen, or Donald Trump Jr., or James Comey; I think that lying to Congress is a crime that should be prosecuted. I am aware of the complaints from the far right that Comey lied. You can't bring yourself to admit he lied, shamelessly and repeatedly, about the two most consequential cases of his tenure.
Now here's something I don't know but would be willing to bet the house on. If this case was about anyone other than Trump, you'd see clearly the depth of Comey's treachery. But your hatred of Trump blinds you.
Every time Comey opens his mouth, he proves that he was FBI Director for 4 months longer than he should have been. Trump made a mistake not firing Comey, Yates, and all the other Obama appointees on January 20th 2017.
Compare the transcripts of the Comey's closed hearing with the House last week with that of the interview with Nicole Wallace on MSNBC that he gave on Sunday. In the first one, he appears to suffer from advanced Alzheimers, and in the second he appears to have a photographic memory.
The man is a liar.
