I knew a kid whose beer belly grew so fast he had atrocious red and blue stretch marks all across his abdomen.
We used to call him "T-Map" because it looked like the subway map for the MBTA.
In the necrotic vein of go along to get along... with your body, people will just stop trying, striving.
Let's open the abortion chambers and celebrate the "stretch marks". Progress takes an ever progressive turn to navel gazing.

My wife's dumpy cousin had gone to some sort of body-awareness seminar. One of the exercises was to make a plaster cast of her considerable torso. In a moment of fun (I like fun) I suggested she use it as a Jello mold. And for her wedding reception, by God, she did: Lime Jello with cottage cheese and little marshmallows, not for the squeamish.

She is just highlighting how "huge" she was. Now I did not call her fat you notice.
I'm glad it's just paint and not permanent. The photos are kind of pretty and fun and you can wash the paint off. That being said, I'm really tired of all this "empowerment" and "accepting your body" by publically displaying everything hype.
