Stop pestering groundhogs!

Possibly what "Jimmy" the groundhog was thinking when the mayor of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin put his ear next to the mouth of the little beast, who proceeded to take a brisk chomp.

I really thought that camera crews, politician, scientists and well-wishers camped out near a groundhog burrow and then waited patiently -- reverently -- for the groundhog to emerge, make his prediction, and then return to his peaceful home.
