Most over rated show of all time. Went on way too long. I get it, he is turning more and more evil. It's in the title, duh!

Breaking Bad will be quickly forgotten. Unlike truely great TV, like Hill Street Blues for example, people will not go back and watch it a second and third time, year after year.

In fact, it has already been forgotten.

One imagines the words after the ellipse in the first commenters name is "wrong".

Once written.
Twice wrong.

Art truly is in the eyes of the respective beholders.

Haven't seen a single episode.

Won't bother to look at the ratings and watch a single episode.

Just because Breaking Bad was incredibly popular does not make it art.

Point A: Breaking Bad was awesome.

Point B: That's a really dumb list.

Point C: Hill Street Blues was a good show in its time, but who the hell goes back and watches it "a second and third time, year after year?" Outside of maybe Seinfeld and I Love Lucy, I don't watch any TV show a second time. I'd much rather watch something new.

I kind of prefer watching something I've seen before. I know I like it, and I notice a lot of details.

"Sopranos" was almost always better on rewatching because there was so much going on.

Hill Street Blues? What's that?

(see how easy it is to play that stupid game?)

I write:
Try reading that first thing I wrote. And now read it again with comprehension. Your opinion isn't wrong. But your need to criticize what other people find artistic is.

I like re-watching good TV/movies too, but I'm not going to waste time reading a list that ranks all the shows. I think EW graded every Seinfeld episode once. Good lord, what a waste of magazine print.

BB was much more straightforward than the Sopranos - but I still will re-watch.

Having just watched the whole series (for the first time) from start to end . . . these raters are idiots. Total idiots.

Yeah... so I'm supposed to click through 62 pages to boost their page count. If there isn't an option to view as a single page, I'm gone.

I don't do slide shows, either. It's a waste of time. I don't like wasting my time.

My favorite episode is where Tony Soprano burns down his friends meth lab and they all move to Deadwood, South Dakota and swear a lot.

'Fly' is number 5 on the list? Where the @$%! do they find these people?

Much as I hate having to click through (especially when it's very long), I liked it. I might, on occasion, want to watch one or just a few episodes, and I like seeing some selected out as especially good, especially where the episode names don't reveal enough about what happened. Other than "Face Off."

"I think EW graded every Seinfeld episode once. Good lord, what a waste of magazine print."

We loved that issue and kept it for many years on the bookshelf. It spurred many discussions.

That's a love it or hate it episode. I love it!

I still haven't seen a single episode.

Kinda proud of that, actually,...

Breaking Bad is one of those rare instances where popularity and artistic merit match.

Other than The Beatles, I am hard pressed to name another.
