It's going to be one of those days.

That would have been considered high humor when I was in 8th grade. Back in 1969.
There's a dinner event, and I'm going to be late, but this is the best beaver experience of my life.

@Oso It's blog-worthy because the guy got great close-up video and was totally personally wrapped up in how cool it was.

I was fishing next to a beaver lodge on the bank of the Delaware river a few summers ago, and could hear the babies (kits?) inside it.
Then a (mama?) beaver came out of the water and walked up right to my feet to look up and stare at me.
I figured she was gently telling me to move along, and that's exactly what I did.
