1. The photo was originally posted in 2009, in reference to Meade's Blogger profile, which at one time featured a picture of green pants.

2. This is a clue to look at Meade's current Blogger profile, which features a stylized picture of (I think) a cardinal.

3. The St. Louis Cardinals are playing tonight in Boston, in game six of the World Series.

Therefore...

4. The picture means that Meade will be watching tonight's game, possibly accompanied by you. And you are rooting for St. Louis.

After some discussion in the Haggard thread of Meade's green pants and skinny legs, commenter Bissage linked to that photo.

Anyway, it looks from the other comments thread that Meade used the green jeans picture from waist down as his avatar.

What does it mean? I don't care.
