General Clark and "general indignities."
Accusations of "general indignities" are made against his wife by General Wesley Clark, who is seeking divorce and having an affair with a woman who was born 16 years after his marriage began, 46 years ago.

I would say the girlfriend has "daddy issues," except Clark is old enough to be her grandfather. One wonders where he got the wherewithal to date someone that young, even on a General's pension. It's not like he's a creepy movie star like James Woods or a creepy men's-mag magnate like Hugh Hefner. Oh wait; he's also a former Democrat politician and ex-presidential hopeful. Never mind. THAT explains it!

What unfair -- and perhaps as unfair as women having 100% control of reproduction -- is that she, the 30 year old, didn't seem to see it that way: "He's in great shape." Objectively, does appear to be so.
Maybe she was intolerable and the hottie was an excuse to escape. Still the wrong thing to do. A bad marriage isn't always the husband's fault.

Just remembered this. General Shelton was the former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.

Ah yes, Wesley Clark, a key player in the USA's misguided decision to help Muslims by bombing Christians in the Balkans. Who nearly started WW3 in the process when he wanted to attack Russian soldiers controlling an airport. This man lacked decency in public life well before he was found short in his private life.
Was Gen. Patton a womanizer? If not, we need more generals like him-the kind of general that shouts of break glass in the event of war and not another wannabe politician in uniform, we have enough sleaze as it is in elected officials.
