What we are denying is that
1) The scientific case for AGW is airtight.
2) That there is no meaningful dissent on the topic of AGW within the scientific community.
Can you even see basic logical distinctions?

In meteorology, any meaningful dissent is limited to very specific individuals nibbling away at the edges of some of the reports and scientific writings. Well, regardless of the merits and demerits of the above point of view, it's not my sense that Christians in general wish, or think they should wish, that people would just die sooner — but beyond that, it's abiblical. The New Testament clearly states that Christian dead will sleep until the sounding of the horn of judgment (e.g., 1 Thessalonians 5:14-17).
