"I guess I just had my first taste of the filthy side of this business."

In the previous post — about the accusation that Oscars host Seth MacFarlane was sexist for singing about "boobs" — I asked: "but what was said about male nakedness?

The people in porn will tell you women are the draw.

Everybody can show their behinds, but women haven't got much when it comes to showing their ladyparts.

And guys' equipment is more than a little ridiculous looking.

So it's ladies' curves, including their beautiful bottoms (it was not for nothing that the Romans named one of the Goddess of Love's incarnations Venus Callipygos), that makes us all look.

PS I remember a talk show host reacting to an article saying girl on girl porn was more popular with women than boy on boy and throwing out to the audience the question, "Why?", and one woman, apparently straight, answered, "You have to remember, women are beautiful".

Titus says Tits all the time as a gay code. Hollywood is coded in derision of real men.

Ergo: Hollywood hates Steven Spielberg's movies that intensely honor real men from Oscar Schindler, to Capt. John H. Miller (Tom Hanks' character in Private Ryan) to a trial lawyer named Abraham Lincoln.

If Hollywood hates Spielberg it's not because of his celebration of macho men, which, by the way, I don't see in his films. He's most likely hated by other major players competing for the financing that he shoulders them out of or for personally squashing their pet projects or for out-maneuvering them in the wars for past awards.

Chris Elliott?

Possibly the most un/not funny person to ever making living being involved in comedy.

Ricpic...Spielberg's enemies list is unknown to me. But I did not say he celebrates macho men. Those are not real anyway. I said real men doing that do what guardian type men do in dangerous times. The three movie characters I mentioned were the opposite of Macho men, but they got the job of protecting others done.

Seth MacFarlane could have had a verse about seeing the willies waggle. I'm thinking Harvey Keitel in 'The Piano' and Mark Wahlberg in 'Boogie Nights.'

I don't think what you saw there was actually Mark Wahlberg's penis....
