You're following the campaigns of the 7th Cavalry, it appears.

And it looks like you're having a lot of fun.

Good for you.

Now this, this is real mountain photography! Love the stream pic.

Rusty म्हणाले...

Nice trout water.

I hope you're using sunscreen young lady.

In the hilly areas you might see a woody bush with small roundish leaves and purple/blue berries that look a lot like blueberries. These are huckleberries and are really good.

The people in Montana are some characters though, ain't they Ann?

David म्हणाले...

Notice that the photos of Althouse are usually looking down the mountain. Meade sets a mean pace.

Justin म्हणाले...

Beautiful!

He's just trying to capture cleavage, but she's not helping with those outfits.

Richard Dolan म्हणाले...

What, no sidewalks? And, besides, the color scheme is way too green. Badly lit as well.

A friend of mine moved to Big Sky about 20 years ago.

Sharps Arms are in Big Timber, I thought it was Big Sky. Still a great place.

Chip Ahoy म्हणाले...

Meade. You're getting very good with that lens.

Chip Ahoy म्हणाले...

It's not easy have fish eyes

Real fish. They can't close them. I wondered about my fish because now the plants are taking over the fish have to squeeze through and they can't close their eyes and I'm thinking

scrrrrrraaaaaaaatttttcccchhhhh all the way through.

Lovely country.

I remember when the train in that area was called the Empire Builder, not merely "Amtrak 7". Before the Libby Dam, the track ran along the Kootenai River. You could see all the way to the bottom. Glorious area out there.

Joe Schmoe म्हणाले...

That's a wide stance ya got there, Ann. Must be a result of the mountain country. Now do you believe Larry Craig? He was from out West, if I recall.

अनामित म्हणाले...

Now that is almost as beautiful as Wisconsin.

We can plead, beg, coerce, demand, expect some people to have the ability to take care of themselves. It won't happen, some will never, don't have the ability, brains, desire, gumption, etc to do it. They will always be our responsibility as a civilized society. We won't let poor Floyd Corkins be harmed at the hands of an angry right wing mob if we can help it.

jimbino म्हणाले...

Nice place.

I hope you didn't run into any bears or Black people.

chickelit म्हणाले...

I think the notion that there are no black people in Montana is an urban legend. Unless Althouse's recent photos were staged.

I don't see why it's big sky. The view is obstructed everywhere by hills.
