I'm going to go on a limb.. and say that my initial reaction was.. good.. its about time.. (I would never go on/off a bungee see?)

I've jumped out of some perfectly airworthy planes in my time but bungee jumping has never sounded all that interesting.
Saying the waters were filled with crocks adds to the drama, but if they were really an immediate threat I doubt this story would have the happy ending that it does.
