As has been said, this is for electronic cigatrettes. That said, Nicotine does not cause any of these things. Even cheesheads are not that stupid.

As a former smoker, this satisfies the 2 main points of smoking; nicotine delivery and the action.
My understanding is that imported devies are banned which gives a leg up to the home grown industry. Secondly the health benefits over cigarettes cannot be said enough. His quote of 7 chemicals in the e-cigarettes versus thousands in traditional cigarettes is pretty clear itself. Nicotine and glycerin i believe are the main ingredients. The choice is also available without nicotine. As a quit smoking aid perhaps?
My understanding of nicotine is that the compound is highly addictive but otherwise fairly harmless. The cancer causing materials are aromatic molecules formed by combustion.
My guess is that these electronic cigarettes are probably not totally benign, but are unlikely to be even close to how bad tobacco smoking is known to be.
Tumors and cancer are really putting the cramp on my style of being a high functioning modern man. But FUCK, this apple cider cigarette hits the spot. (Cough)
It all sounds rather disgusting and I apologize if I'm just repeating the same comment that all the others are making.
It does seem like something people would smoke in a Blade Runner world. It may work, be safe, even taste good, but it seems so technical and non-organic. It's just uncool by my reckoning, but I'm not very cool either.
