Speaking of dead animal heads hanging on the wall, have I ever mentioned the Buckhorn Exchange? Dead wild animals all over the place.
The whole building is completely stuffed with them, total overkill I tells ya.
It is reputedly the oldest restaurant in Denver, and it looks like it from the outside. I mentioned to the owner, "Wouldn't it be weird for the cowboys who started the place to come back and see the high-speed rail station across the street?" (It's really normal speed rail, but we won't quibble.) He said, 'No. That is the spot of the original rail station from which cowboy types detrained. They'd come over here and cash their pay vouchers or whatever it was they were paid with. Thus the word "Exchange" in the name.

Grommets plug no holes in Swiss cheese.
Interesting contrast in lighting: the harsh mercurial blue versus the warm tungsten glow.

Cheese makes everything better.
This Althouse woman is obsessed with cafes... :)) Maybe there she is finding men lovers ... and that's way she likes cafes...:D
"Great cheese comes from happy cows."
And they even have a painting of the happy cows on the wall.
Come on, Althouse. Get it over with.
We're know what we're in for today.
Lay the Dylan crap on us. We can take it.
The dollar-on-the-ceiling trick.
The Casey Anthony trial begins today. How would you like to be her defense lawyer?
Ann,
... bask in the glow of warm yellow cheese.
Being macho - and black - I'm just warm all over.
I don't know how being yellow comes into it,...oh, wait - I see:
You should maybe talk to someone.
Ann sure goes to a lot of places.
