The real deal! Those chairs were designed for a hotel lobby and I like that hotels still shell out for good furniture for their lobbies/common areas.

They're wonderful chairs, and you're right, very comfortable, though my personal favorite comfort chair is Joe Colombo's "Elda".; ৫/১/১০, ১০:৩৫ PM

It looked a little too Euro-style for the San Jose, which likes to go for a little more of a spartan/quasi-rustic look, but it's been awhile since I stayed there so I thought it might have changed its look and feel. But it has that South Congress (no, never SoCo for me, thanks) vibe to it, and as you say, you are near there.; ৫/১/১০, ১০:৪৩ PM
