While the future of the nation hanged by a froth, Althouse went to the lake ;)

A beautiful sunset enjoyed all the more by sharing the fleeting beauty of the moment with a companion. Thank God for creating beauty and companions to share it with.

I missed this! Does anyone have a link? (or was this one of the nytimes salads?)

"I did the peach tomato salad."

TMI, but I'm sure it was consensual.

From every picture I’ve seen, it looks like Sergeant Crowley was required to check his gun and his bible at the door.

See…I was wondering how that would go.

Which is why I'd never be able to have a beer with Obama and his friends. I am clinging so tightly to my bible and my gun, that I would NEVER check them at door.

And then I wouldn’t have a third hand to hold a beer.

(Can you even drink beer from a straw?)

Peach and tomatoes?

I’m against forced trucking ;)

Shanna, it is the second salad on the NYT 101 Salads List.
