ann, your comment seems snarky and uncalled-for. anyone in public life can have a picture taken with a less-than-flattering expression on their face. this is why publicists try to control photos and why paparazzi seem like such scum.

I don't think Mike Douglas looks that bad in that picture, I have seen pictures of him at the beach that would frighten small children. CZJ is younger than I am and she is married to someone my dad's age, he is an old timer.
I suppose it is surprising that the marriage has been intact for as long as it has, since both of them have trampy reputations. Douglas is an admitted sexaholic and I read rumours that Jones slept around to advance her career.

I'm trying to think of an actress I haven't heard that about. I think it's like Tom Cruise being gay: More wishful thinking/sour grapes than anything.
Michael Douglas is my hero; I just hope that when I'm 67, I can land a babe half as hot. (No kids though, halfway through that ordeal and no desire to repeat it.)
(Actually, I've never understood the appeal of Douglas to women. Pierce Brosnan, yes, Michael Douglas, no. Oh and I wish I could have slept around to advance my career, but I'm not gay and neither were any of my bosses.)
