Who leaked the report? I don't understand. It's hard to believe that the grand jury exceeded their authority, when they hadn't done anything yet, and no indictment has been brought. And hard to believe that they would be held responsible for impugning anybody's reputation, when it was leaked instead of an official accusation. A leaked internal document of a grand jury investigation is not an accusation. Who leaked it?
