"They came up big today. It's going to be hard.... It's when you're achieving something like this, it's going to have its adversity."

"You know, we had some things go our way yesterday. They had some things go their way this today. So that's the way it is. You just live with it. And if you're a competitor, you you wake up tomorrow morning, come ready to play. [Will the plan tomorrow be Misiorowski?] Yeah. And and to have that as, you know, your guy for this type of situation. Um Yeah. I mean, it's all hands on deck, you know, you just you can write it up and and hope that they perform like the best back of their baseball card, but that doesn't always happen, you know. So, you just you go with what you you believe is the the deal. And um you know, I trust our guys."

Pure baseball talk, from Brewers manager Pat Murphy, after last night's loss to the Rays.

Adversity stemming from Diversity (i.e. class-disorder): wins and losses, functional and dysfuncrional choices, etc, accompanied with gay and morose climate change.

Does MLB want to sell tickets? This is one way.

OMG it’s happening again. People saying “no team has come back after being down 3-0…” I’m glad Tampa made a series of it finally but that’s all I know for sure.

Unpopular opinion for this blog, but I'm glad Tampa Bay won a game. I know both franchises have never won the World Series. I also watched the 2005 World Series, when the Astros were competing for their first World Series championship. They were blanked in 4 games. It was like it never even happened. I suspect most people don't even remember the Astros won a National League Pennant. Winning just one game is a reminder, you were there.

Beyond that, happy to see the Brewers close it out tonight, even if it means the season end. Maybe sweeter if they close it out at home, but no one will care after this year where it was when they clinched.

Alas, I recorded the game for only three hours. Well tonight’s game I will watch live. I think that one of the main reasons that it is so difficult to win three elimination games in a row to get to game 7 is that you can’t withhold pitchers for a next game that may never happen, and the other side can.

Boo hoo. I feel sorry for the Rays fans; this just prolongs their agony. Now that’s adversity.

It was a really good game.

That said, as a friend told me when the Yankees were up 3-0 on the Red Sox in 2004, "never give a sucker an even break." If you think you can finish them in 4, finish them in 4.

Nice that the Rays won. But you don't win 4 in a row, after losing 3 in a row. Doesnt work that way in real life.
